Schuh- bzw. Fuß-Hygienemittel
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schuh- bzw. Fuß-Hygienemittel zur Vermeidung von Fuß- und Schuhgerüchen sowie die Anwendung der Mischung zur Schuh- und Fußhygiene.
Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine etwa 0,05 bis mind. %tige, vorzugsweise 0,1, oder bevorzugt 0,3 bis 5, oder bevorzugt 2 %tige Lösung einer Mischung von
a) 90, oder bevorzugt 95 bis 99, oder bevorzugt 98 % aus der Gruppe Citronensäure, Sorbinsäure, Ascorbinsäure oder Acetylsalicylsäure, 0,3 bis mind. IO %, bevorzugt bis 1 % oder deren Derivate
und mindestens eines Lebensmittelkonservierungsstoffes wie z.B. Benzoesäure oder deren Derivate, wie Natriumbenzoat oder ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Benzoesäure, Acetylsalicylsäure, Sorbinsäure, Ameisensäure, Bernsteinsäure, Apfelsäure, Ascorbinsäure, deren Abkömmlinge sowie Salze und Mischungen derselben,
b) 1,0 bis 4 % eines oder mehrerer Tenside ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus in der verwendeten Menge untoxischen anionischen und nichtionischen Tensiden, Seifen, Fettsäure-Atninocarbonsäurekondensate, Alkylbenzolsulfonate, Ligninsulfonate, Alkylsulfonate, Fettsäureestern, sulfatierten
Fettsäureglyceriden, Betaine, Sulfobetaine, Saponine, Fettsäureester von Polyalkoholen, Oxyäthylierte Fettsäuren, etc., von denen Natriumdodecylsulfonat und Natriumlaurylsulfat besonders bevorzugt sind.
Das Lebensmittelkonservierungsmittel kann vorteilhafterweise ausgewählt sein aus !der Gruppe bestehend aus Sorbinsäure, Benzoesäure, p-Hydroxybenzoesäure, Ameisensäure und Propionsäure sowie deren Abkömmlingen, eingeschlossen Salze und Estern derselben.
Es ist besonders vorteilhaft, wenn der Lebensmittelkonservierungsstoff Sorbinsäure und/oder Benzoesäure bzw. deren Salze sind.
Es kann sinnvoll sein, daß das Fußhygiene-Mittel zusätzlich ein oder mehrere von Materialien ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus lebensmittelrechtlich unbedenklichen Stabilisatoren, Trocknungsmittel, Säuerungsmittel, Korrosionsinhibitoren, Emulgatoren, Sprengmittel und/oder Tenside enthält.
Insbesondere zur Vermeidung der Nachverkeimung hat es sich als gut herausgestellt, wenn das Fußhygiene-Mittel mindestens ein wasserlösliches Silbersalz aufweist, das die Nachverkeimung der Fußbekleidung verhindert. Der Gehalt an Silbersalzen beträgt vorteilhafterweise zwischen weniger als 0,2 bis 0,5 Gew.% des Fußhygiene-Mittels als Trockenmasse.
Um das Lösungsverhalten weiter günstig zu beeinflussen, kann es sinnvoll sein, MgC12 einzusetzen, das durch Ionenaustausch mit anderen zweiwertigen Salzen die Lösung der Ablagerungen zweiwertiger Ionen fördert.
Dadurch, daß nun Citronensäure mit ihren günstigen Lösungseigenschaften gemeinsam mit Silberverbindungen, wie -salzen, die gegen ein Wachstum von Keimen eingesetzt werden, kann bei einer überraschend guten unabhängigen Entkeimungswirkung auch die Nachverkeimung herabgesetzt werden.
Der Gehalt der Mischung auf 1 Liter Wasser kann vorzugsweise ca. 0,05 bis 0,3 % betragen. Dem Mittel kann auch ein Gehalt von 0,5 bis 5 % Wasserstoffsuperoxid bzw. deren Derivate zugesetzt sein.
Mit dem z.B. mittels feinem Aerosolspray verwendeten, vorgenannten Hygienemittel kann überraschenderweise auch ein Auftreten von Fußpilz und anderer Pilzbefall oder Parasiten vermieden werden.
Die Wirksamkeit des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels wird überraschenderweise auch nicht dadurch beeinträchtigt, daß es im Schuhwerk eingetrocknet ist.
Die Anwendung des überraschenderweise wirkungsvollen Mittels kann als mit diesem imprägnierte oder offenporigporöse Einlegesohle (z.B. aus Schaumstoff) oder durch Behandlung des Schuhinneren mit einem Spray des Mittels möglichst über Nacht wirkend - erfolgen oder z.B. bei flexiblen Sportschuhen durch Einspritzen von der Sohlenseite mittels einer Injektionsnadel oder durch Bestücken von mindestens einer in die Schuhsohle
eingearbeiteten Öffnung mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Hygienemittel. Die Erfindung umfaßt auch die verfahrensmäßige Anwendung des vorgenannten Mittels für die Fuß- und Schuhhygiene.
Claims (5)
1. Fuß- und Schuh-Hygienemittel aus einer etwa 0,05 bis mind. 10%tigen, vorzugsweise 0,1, oder bevorzugt 0,3 bis 5, oder bevorzugt 2%tigen Lösung einer Mischung von
a) 90, oder bevorzugt 95 bis 99, oder bevorzugt 98% aus der Gruppe Citronensäure, Sorbinsäure, Ascorbinsäure oder Acetylsalicylsäure, 0,3 bis mind. 10%, bevorzugt bis 1% oder deren Derivate und mindestens eines Lebensmittelkonservierungsstoffes wie z. B. Benzoesäure oder deren Derivate, wie Natriumbenzoat oder ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Benzoesäure, Acetylsalicylsäure, Sorbinsäure, Ameisensäure, Bernsteinsäure, Apfelsäure, Ascorbinsäure, deren Abkömmlinge sowie Salze und Mischungen derselben,
b) 1,0 bis 4% eines oder mehrerer Tenside ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus in der verwendeten Menge untoxischen anionischen und nichtionischen Tensiden, Seifen, Fettsäure-Aminocarbonsäurekondensate, Alkylbenzolsulfonate, Ligninsulfonate, Alkylsulfonate, Fettsäureestern, sulfatierten Fettsäureglyceriden, Betaine, Sulfobetaine, Saponine, Fettsäureester von Polyalkoholen, Oxyäthylierte Fettsäuren, etc., von denen Natriumdodecylsulfonat und Natriumlaurylsulfat besonders bevorzugt sind.
2. Hygienemittel nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt von 0,5 bis 5%, bevorzugt 1,0 bis 4,0 oder 1,0 bis 3,0% Wasserstoffperoxid - auch in Form von anderen Peroxiden.
3. Hygienemittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an Silberverbindungen zwischen 0,01, bevorzugt 0,02 bis 0,5 Gew.-% der Trockenmasse des Hygienemittels.
4. Einrichtung zur Anwendung des Schuh- bzw. Fuß- Hygienemittels nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche ausgebildet als damit imprägnierte Einlegesohle.
5. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch in die Schuhwandung eingearbeitete Depot- oder Imprägnierungselemente, insbesondere im Sohlen- oder deren inneren Randbereich.
