Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur.medizinischen Versorgung von Personen, insbesondere als mobile Einheit, mit einem Behältnis zur Aufnahme von Arzneimitteln und medizinischen Utensilien vorgebbarer Art.The invention relates to a device for the medical care of persons, in particular as a mobile unit, with a container for holding medicines and medical utensils of a predetermined type.
Vorrichtungen der in Rede stehenden Art sind seit langem aus der Praxis bekannt und existieren in den unterschiedlichsten Ausführungsformen und Größen. Dabei sind Ausgestaltungen in Form von Notfallkoffern, Reiseapotheken oder auch KFZ-Verbandskästen bekannt, sofern derartige Verbandskästen mit entsprechenden Arzneimitteln ausgestattet sind. Sofern für den Einsatz der bekannten Vorrichtungen medizinisch geschultes Personal, bspw. ein Arzt, zur Verfügung steht, ist eine ausreichende medizinische Versorgung oder Erstversorgung verletzter oder erkrankter Personen meist gewährleistet.Devices of the type in question have long been known in practice and exist in a wide variety of designs and sizes. Schon das Erstellen der richtigen Diagnose ist für ungeschulte Personen meist sehr schwierig. Oftmals ist das Erstellen der richtigen Diagnose gar nicht möglich oder es erfolgt eine Fehldiagnose. Selbst bei Vorliegen der richtigen Diagnose ist es für ungeschulte Personen problematisch, die erforderlichen therapeutischen oder Erstversorgungsmaßnahmen einzuleiten bzw. durchzuführen. Meist sind die richtigen therapeutischen oder Erstversorgungsmaßnahmen gar nicht bekannt. Folglich ist die medizinische Versorgung von verletzten oder erkrankten Personen durch lediglich die bekannte Vorrichtung ohne entsprechend geschultes medizinisches Personal nicht gewährleistet. Erfindungsgemäß wird die voranstehende Aufgabe durch eine Vorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Schutzanspruchs 1 gelöst. Zur Befriedigung dieses Bedarfs ist dem Behältnis in weiter erfindungsgemäßer Weise ein Informationsträger zugeordnet. Dieser Informationsträger umfaßt Daten zur Diagnose und über die Anwendung der im Behältnis aufgenommenen Arzneimittel und Utensilien. Hierdurch wird es einer ungeschulten Person ermöglicht, zumindest auffällige Krankheits- und/oder Verletzungssymptome der zu versorgenden Person zu erkennen und zumindest weitgehend richtig einzustufen. Diese Form der Diagnose ermöglicht dann wiederum, die zur erfolgreichen Therapie oder Erstversorgung erforderlichen Arzneimittel und/oder Utensilien auszuwählen.According to the invention, it was first recognized that there is a considerable need for information regarding diagnosis and therapy when people are being treated medically by untrained personnel using a known device. Hierdurch ist basierend auf den vorhandenen Arzneimitteln und medizinischen Utensilien und unter Berücksichtigung der Tatsache, daß kein medizinisches Fachpersonal zur Verfügung steht, die bestmögliche medizinische Versorgung für eine erkrankte oder verletzte Person durchführbar. Der Wert der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung gründet sich ganz besonders auf die Abstimmung zwischen den vorhandenen, im Behältnis aufgenommenen Arzneimitteln und/oder medizinischen Utensilien und dem Informationsträger, der seine Diagnose- und Therapieanleitung entsprechend dem vorhandenen Material an Arzneimitteln und Utensilien gibt.The data on the use of the medicines and utensils also recorded by the information carrier ultimately enable the existing and selected medicines and/or utensils to be used as correctly as possible.
