Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Rahmenkonstruktion von Zweirädern, insbesondere von Fahrrädern aber auch von Fahrrädern mit Hilfsantrieb und Motorrädern nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a frame construction of two-wheelers, in particular of bicycles but also of bicycles with auxiliary drive and motorcycles according to the preamble of claim 1.
Fahrradrahmen sollten eine ausreichend hohe Bruchfestigkeit, sowie eine hohe Fonnstabilität bei einem möglichst geringen Gewicht aufweisen. Ein schweres Fahrrad ist unhandlich und im sportlichen Einsatz unbrauchbar. Ein Fahrrad mit einem Rahmen zu geringer Formstabilität weist dagegen ein instabiles Fahrverhalten auf.Bicycle frames should have a sufficiently high breaking strength and a high degree of dimensional stability, while being as light as possible. Diese Rohre werden entweder in Muffen eingesetzt, die die Rohre endseitig umgeben, und darin verlötet oder verklebt werden, oder sie werden ohne Verwendung von Muffen miteinander verschweißt. Aus DE 197 12 326 Al ist eine Rahmenkonstruktion aus' Stranggußprofilen bekannt Weiterhin sind Leichtmetallrohrrahmenkonstruktionen und Rahmenkonstruktionen aus Faserverbundkunststoffen wie in DE 195 33 111 Al beschrieben üblich.Bicycle frames are usually assembled from cut-to-length pipe sections, whereby the pipes are, in the simplest case, straight steel pipes with a uniform wall thickness and a round cross-section. Desweiteren sind Fahrradrahmen aus Holzwerkstoffen bekannt, die jedoch wegen massiver Profil querschnitte ein hohes Gewicht aufweisen. Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde einen leichten und zeitgemäßen Zweiradrahmen mit Hinterradfederung , mit hoher Bruchfestigkeit und Formstabilität, mit geringem Gewicht und unter Verwendung kostengünstiger, ökologischer, sowie nachwachsender Rohstoffe zu schaffen.Steel tube constructions are often heavy, while frames made of light metals are relatively expensive and sometimes prone to cracking.
