Aus der DE-33 01 927 Cl ist ein Hörhilfegerät bekannt, dessen Gehäuse aus einem Hauptteil und einem daran an einem Gelenk schwenkbar gelagerten, unter federnder Vorspannung stehenden Clip besteht. Mit diesem Clip wird das Hörhilfegerät von unten her am Ohrläppchen befestigt. Damit ist ein derartiges Hörhilfegerät zwar fest am Ohr fixiert, jedoch ist der vom Schallkanal durchzogene und bis zum Ohrpaßstück reichende Clip deutlich sichtbar. Gerade dies wird aber von vielen Hörgeräteträgern als Nachteil empfunden, weshalb sie andere, weniger auffällige, Hörgerätemodelle wie hinter dem Ohr tragbare Hörhilfegeräte mit einem Tragehaken bevorzugen.DE-33 01 927 Cl describes a hearing aid whose housing consists of a main part and a clip that is pivotably mounted on a joint and is under spring preload. Bei dieser bekannten Anordnung wird das Hörgerätehauptteil hinter dem Ohr getragen und der Clip, in dem das Mikrofon und der Hörer untergebracht sind, befindet sich auf der Vorderseite des Ohrs. Um den Clip zu verbergen, ist er mit einer auswechselbaren Schmuckstückabdeckung versehen. Erfindungsgemäß wird dies bei einem hinter dem Ohr tragbaren Hörhilfegerät mit einem Tragehaken dadurch gelöst, daß ein mit dem Hörhilfegerät verbindbares Halteteil vorgesehen ist, das in die dem Kopf abgewandte Seite der Ohrmuschel greift. Ein derartiges Befestigungsteil gewährt in einfacher Weise einen definierten und sicheren Halt des Hörhilfegerätes und verhindert Verrutschen oder Verlust des Gerätes. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet. Der feste Sitz des Hörhilfegerätes wird zusätzlich verbessert, wenn mehrere Halteteile entsprechend der Erfindung das Hörgerät mit der Ohrmuschel verbinden. Ist das Halteteil lösbar mit dem Gehäuse des Hörgerätes verbunden, beispielsweise in Form eines Clip, so kann es wahlweise bei Bedarf als Zusatzteil aufgesteckt werden. Die elastische oder plastische Verformbarkeit des Halteteils bzw. die Anbindung an einem Gelenk vereinfachen die individuelle Anpassung an die Ohrmuschel des Hörgeräteträgers und erhöhen somit den Tragekomfort. Der Tragekomfort eines Hörgerätes in Verbindung mit dem Halteteil wird erhöht, wenn sich das Halteteil 3'', wie gemäß Figur 3 am Beispiel einer Gelenkverbindung 8 gezeigt, individuell der Ohrform des Hörgeräteträgers anpassen läßt. Weitere, nicht dargestellte Möglichkeiten der Anpassung ergeben sich durch die Wahl eines besonderen Materials für das Halteteil, insbesondere in dem Bereich, der den Rand der Ohrmuschel umklammert.
