Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein neues Fasergewebe zu schaffen, das strengen Hygiene-Anforderungen genügt und/oder das zu Abschirm-Zwecken gegen Strahlungen geeignet ist.The invention is based on the object of creating a new fiber fabric that meets strict hygiene requirements and/or is suitable for shielding purposes against radiation.

Das erfindungsgemäss Fasergewebe ruft in vorteilhafter Weise weder Allergien noch Hautreizungen hervor. Das Fasergewebe ist also beispielsweise als antiseptisches Gewebe anwendbar. Weitere Vorteile des erfindungsgemässen Fasergewebes bestehen in seiner Schwerentflammbarkeit, in seiner Unempfindlichkeit gegenüber Wasser, in seiner Chemikalien-Beständigkeit sowie in seinen guten Wärmedämmungs-Eigenschaften. Ausserdem hat sich gezeigt, dass das erfindungsgemässe Fasergewebe gute Abschirmungs-Eigenschaften gegen Computer-Strahlung sowie gegen erdmagnetische Strahlung besitzt.
