Die meisten elektrischen Geräte insbesondere der Unterhaltungselektronik verfügen über ein besonders ausgestaltetes Gehäusevorderteil. Dieses wird allgemein auch als Frontblende bezeichnet.Most electrical devices, especially consumer electronics, have a specially designed front housing. Die Frontblende muß in der Regel verschiedene Funktionen erfüllen. Optisch das Gerät aufwerten, Bedienteilplatine mit Bedien- und Anzeigeelementen aufnehmen, Ablesen der Anzeigenelemente ermöglichen, Bedienung des Gerätes über die Bedienelemente ermöglichen. Üblicherweise besteht eine solche Frontblende aus lackiertem oder unlackiertem undurchsichtigen Kunststoff. Zum Ablesen der Anzeigeelemente wird in der Regel ein Sichtfenster eingelassen, daß aus einem getöntem transparenten Kunststoff besteht. Die Bedienteilplatine mit den darauf befindlichen Bauteilen wird üblicherweise mit der Frontblende verschraubt. Die gesamte Frontblenden-Baugruppe bestehend aus Bedienteilplatine und Frontblende mit Sichtfenster und Bedienelementen wird an dem Gehäuseunterteil angebracht. Selbst kleine Änderungen des Frontblendendesignes ziehen somit erhebliche Änderungskosten am Herstellungswerkzeug nach sich. Durch diese beiden Punkte vereinfacht sich die Herstellung der Frontblende erheblich. Ein vorteilhaftes Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt die Fig. 1. Das Gehäuseunterteil (5) besteht aus einem undurchsichtigen Kunststoff und wird im Spritzguß-Verfahren hergestellt. Die zur Aufnahme der Bedienteilplatine (4) der Blende (2) und des Frontteiles (1) nötigen Halterungen sind direkt in der Form des Gehäuseunterteiles integriert. Bei der Herstellung des Gehäuseunterteiles fallen somit keine nennenswerten Mehrkosten bei der Herstellung des Gehäuseunterteiles an. Die Halterungen (3) zur Aufnahme der Bedienteilplatine und der Frontblende sind als Nut im Gehäuseunterteil ausgeführt, wobei die Breite der Nut sich an der Dicke der Bedienteilplatine und der Blende orientiert. Die Nut läuft sowohl über den Boden des Gehäuseunterteiles als auch über die Seitenwände. Zur Montage werden die Bedienteilplatine (4) und die Blende (2) in die jeweilige Nut des Gehäuseunterteiles eingesetzt. Dies geschieht durch einfaches Einschieben der Bedienteilplatine (4) und der Blende (2) von oben in das Gehäuseunterteil (5). Das transparente Frontteil (1) wird von vorne auf die entsprechenden Halterungen des Gehäuseunterteiles von vorne aufgesteckt. Die Abmessungen der Bedienteilplatine (4) und der Blende (2) sind in ihrer Höhe so ausgeführt, daß nach dem Aufsetzen des Gehäuseoberteiles diese sich nicht mehr weiter nach oben bewegen können und somit in ihrer Lage fixiert sind.An advantageous embodiment is shown in Fig. 1.
