The innovation relates to a tile panel according to the generic term of the main claim.

For covering terraces, roof terraces, balconies, entrance areas, driveways etc., covering elements are known which are laid on a bed of gravel, on stilts or mortar, for example, in order to enable drainage underneath the surface. This ensures that the floor covering is laid in a frost-proof manner. -

This is often done by combining several individual ceramic tiles into one large ceramic tile, which is then cast with concrete, and then laying this large unit consisting of individual ceramic tiles, leaving water drainage joints between the individual units. These water drainage joints are usually very wide to prevent blockages and are therefore often perceived as disturbing to the overall appearance.

With large-area panels that are laid individually and freely butt against each other, there is the problem that these panels become loose due to tension between the carrier layer (1) and tile (2) and rattle or wobble when walked on.

The innovation is based on the task of creating a so-called tile panel, where tiles and the carrier layer are firmly connected and normal, close installation is possible, whereby this panel then enables drainage underneath the surface, especially with large-format tiles.

This problem underlying the innovation is solved by the features mentioned in the characterizing part of the main claim.

In contrast to the state of the art, the innovation creates on the one hand a load-bearing support plate adapted to the respective loads, on the upper side of which the tiles, natural stone slabs or artificial stone slabs or the like are firmly arranged by means of an adhesive, while on the other hand this support plate is recessed or bevelled so that the upper narrow tile joint widens in the area of the support plate and thus prevents blockage.

The adhesive is added between the tile and the soft carrier layer during production and, during the subsequent compaction process, bonds together in a closed and smooth manner as an adhesive bridge between the tiles and the carrier layer without any hollow spots, as is possible with normal bonding using a notched trowel, for example. This internal connection prevents the panels from coming loose.

In the drawing, 1 denotes a support plate to which tiles 2 are attached with an adhesive 3. This element thus formed, i.e. the support plate 1, can have different sizes, e.g. 40 x 40 cm or 60 x 60 cm. The actual support plate 1 is firmly connected to the tile by an adhesive 3 during compaction.

Instead of the tiles 2 described above, other floor tiles, e.g. made of natural stone, artificial stone, ceramic or similar, can be used.

Tile plate with a concrete base plate (1), to the upper side of which tiles (2), natural stone slabs or artificial stone slabs or the like are fixed, characterized in that the base plate (1) contains an adhesive (3) in its upper layer, which firmly bonds to the tile plate (2). 2. Tile plate according to claim 1, characterized in that the adhesive (3) is embedded in the material of the support plate (1) during the filling process for the support plate (1). 3. Tile plate according to claim 1, characterized in that the adhesive bridge (3) is closed and smooth between the support plate (1) and the tile (2). 4. Tile plate according to claim 1, characterized in that the support plate (1) springs back below the tile (2) by a small offset or bevel.
