a.) PARTNER SEARCH

As everyone probably knows from their own experience, it is very difficult to find the right life partner. When, after a long search, you think you have found the right person, it often turns out that you are not compatible in terms of personality.
With conventional methods, a lot of time and money must be invested, e.g.

• through advertisements in newspapers

• Partner search institutes,

• Professional intermediaries etc.

The aim of the invention is to make this search significantly easier. The right partner with all the desired characteristics is shown to you practically "in passing".

After the one-time purchase, there are no further costs.

A similar device is not yet available on the market at present (March 98) (see research sheet in the appendix).

b.) EMERGENCY FUNCTION

In the event of an accident, unconsciousness, panic, etc., it can be life-saving to obtain vital information from the victim. The device provides this information by pressing the EMERGENCY button.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED

The invention specified in claims 1 and 2 is based on the problem of creating a search device that signals a specific partner with predetermined characteristics as you walk past. The search criteria (up to 200) can be freely selected.
In addition, vital data will be made available upon request.

THE SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM

The device has stored the wearer’s most important data and characteristics. These are now electronically encrypted and sent out cyclically as data blocks.

The receiver now compares the received data with the desired data programmed in. If there is a match, the wearer receives a signal and can read the degree of match on the device's display.

After the alarm sounds, both partners usually stop. Since the range is limited to around 10 to 15 m, the potential partners can first "check each other out" inconspicuously. Only if they "like each other" can a conversation begin.

If one or both partners don't like it, they simply move on.

DESCRIPTION

The device is described using Fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4. They show:

After inserting the batteries, the device first stores the wearer’s personal data. The corresponding questions on the display are answered by pressing the “Yes” or “No” button.

Then the questions about the characteristics of the desired partner are also answered with the two buttons.

After entering all data, press the "Save" button and the device is ready to send.

Changes can be made at any time in the same way as described above.

Sending the data

After switching on, the device now sends data blocks at a rhythm of approx. 1 second on an approved frequency (e.g. 433 MHz). The transmission power is approx. 1 mW and the range is approx. 10 to 15 m.

The data blocks are structured according to a data protocol with appropriate data backup.

If a potential partner now passes by at a distance of 10 to 15 m, it receives this data block and stores it in a register so that it is immediately ready to receive the next block; here the block is checked for completeness and compared with the specified desired data.

The comparison is programmed so that the most important data (e.g. the first 12 bits) must match, such as gender, desired age, height, etc.

Only if this comparison is positive will an alarm be triggered and the match shown in percent on the display.

Electronic partner search device that is worn on the body by people. The device can be programmed by the owner with various search criteria. If the selected criteria match the criteria of another device wearer, an alarm (sound, LED, vibration) is triggered. 1.1 The device sends programmable search data and also receives it from the other partner. 1.2 The degree of agreement can be set (e.g. 50 -100%). An alarm is only triggered once the condition is met. 1.3 The partner search can be adjusted to different areas of interest. 2. The same device also has an emergency data button. In an emergency, this button is pressed and all of the wearer’s important data appears on the display (e.g. blood group, allergies to medication, vaccinations, personal data, etc.).
