Clothing with warning effect

The innovation concerns a garment with a warning effect, especially for children, which can be pulled over the head and worn on the shoulders over normal clothing, with the front and back bib parts of this garment resting on the chest and back of the person concerned, respectively.

Clothing items with a warning effect are known in a wide variety of designs. For example, the German utility model G 83 25 656.3 shows a design in the form of an endless band in the form of a sash worn over the shoulder with at least one self-reflective surface. Another design variant, in the form of a safety vest with directly light-reflecting areas, is known from DE G 83 28 374, whereby this safety vest also has luminescent areas.

In a further embodiment according to DE-G 87 04 905, the item of clothing in question is designed in such a way that it can also be placed on the upper body of the user and its outer surfaces are light-reflecting or luminescent are made, whereby this garment consists of a belt-shaped waistband, which is also connected to suspender-shaped straps. The aim of this innovation is therefore to create a piece of clothing with a warning effect, especially for use by children, which on the one hand ensures a high warning effect, can be easily pulled over the head of the user, ensures safe carrying on the shoulders and can also be produced cost-effectively for different clothing sizes.

The problem is solved in an excellent manner by a piece of clothing with a warning effect according to the features of claim 1; the subordinate claims 2 to 10 reveal advantageous embodiments of the innovation.

The advantages of the innovation are essentially that by using a similar and equally large front and rear bib part, which are also connected in accordance with the innovation by two on each of the upper surface edges of the Bib parts are connected to each other, when producing these warning garments in different, adjacent sizes, essentially only the distance between the straps needs to be changed and the The dimensions of the bib parts that lie on the user's back and chest can remain unchanged.
