Dies wird anhand der Figuren Ha₅IIb und 12 weiter verdeutlicht. Die Federhülse 12 ist hier nun im Ende 1Od des einen Teils 10a vorgesehen, während der Kugelkopf 13 auch hier dem Ende 1Of des anderen Teils 10b zugeordnet ist. Protection claims

1. Multi-part piece of jewellery (10), in particular a jewellery ring, whose at least two parts (10a, 10b) are connected to one another so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis (11) mounted on the parts and in the use state essentially come to lie approximately in a plane (x-x), a normal to this plane being a central axis (m-m) of the piece of jewellery,

characterized in that the pivot axis (11) is arranged almost normal to a plane (ee) passing through the central axis (mm) and passes through the ends (10c ₅ 10e) of the parts (10a, 10b) pointing towards one another in the region of the pivot axis (11).

2. Piece of jewellery according to claim 1, characterized in that the pivot axis (11) has at one end a threaded portion (Ha) which engages in a portion (10a ¹ ) provided with an internal thread, preferably a threaded sleeve, of one part (10a) of the piece of jewellery (10).

3. Piece of jewellery according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the pivot axis (11) at the other end with a further section (lib) dips into a bore (10b ¹ ) of the other part (10b) of the piece of jewellery (10) and is fixed there.

Piece of jewellery according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the maximum pivoting movement of the parts when transferred to the use state is limited by the fact that the ends (10d.10f) of the parts (10a ₅ 10b) spaced from the pivot axis (11) come into contact and that closure means are provided at these ends of the parts (10a ₅ 10b) for connecting the parts as required.

Piece of jewellery according to claim 4, characterised in that the ends (10d ₅ 10f) of the parts (10a ₅ 10b) which are spaced apart from the pivot axis (14) come to lie next to one another in the state of use and are locked on their sides (10d ¹ , 10f) facing one another by means of opposing locking means designed as closure means.

6. Piece of jewelry according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that in one part (10a) a spring sleeve (12) is embedded as a locking means, in which a projection arranged on the other part (10b), preferably a ball head (13), locks like a push button.

7. Piece of jewellery according to claim 6, characterized in that the projection, preferably the ball head (13) has a threaded section on the back with which it is fixed to the other part (10b).

8. Piece of jewellery according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the preferably ring-shaped parts (10a, 10b) lie radially next to one another when viewed from the central axis (m-m) in the state of use, a connecting element (14) being provided on the other part (10b), which carries one locking means.

9. Piece of jewelry according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the piece of jewelry (10) is an earring and that on the ends (10d, 10f) facing away from the pivot axis (11) an ear stud is fixed at one end and removably attached at the other end as a closure means (15).
