Handling the diagonal template

Handling the curve - template

The part consists of an aluminum corrugated rail 8 mm thick, 0.04 cm high and 50 cm long.

There is an angle bracket in the middle that connects the rail to the base unit.

By bending the aluminum corrugated rail, it can be adapted to almost any curve; it retains the curved shape and can also be bent back again.

After 25-40 uses, the aluminum corrugated rail must be closed and replaced with a new one.

For very tight curves, the aluminum corrugated rail must be replaced with a 4 mm thick aluminum corrugated rail, as this can then be better adapted to the curves.

If I have to lay floors diagonally or with curves, only the whole tiles are laid in the laying area and the next day the fitting pieces are cut to size and laid, which means that the dimensions are not dirty and the floors can be walked on again the next day.

The angle part with the flange is brought up to the last tile laid, with the flange representing the joint (spacer). The inverted angle represents the joint.

Now the large slotted rail is guided to the wall and screwed to the bracket.

Then the aluminum corrugated rail is adjusted to the wall and screwed to the slotted rail.

Now the device is placed on a tile with the flange being the stop of the angle that runs against the tile.

Now the tile can be marked and worked out with a pencil.

The material thickness of the aluminum corrugated rail represents the joint. Therefore, the pencil line must be placed in front of the aluminum corrugated rail.

When folding the diagonal template, make sure that no clamping device is created in the corners of the rails, which could cause injuries to fingers or other parts of the body if handled incorrectly. I do not accept any liability for this.

Handling the holes - template

The hole template is used by plumbing and tile laying companies.

The plumber needs the hole template for the precise measurement of bathtubs, shower trays, batteries or wirpool systems.

But mainly for aligning the shut-off taps, corner valves, the water drain and the water meter. For large construction sites, the plumbing company needs several hole templates with templates of different sizes in order to be able to work efficiently.

By screwing the blind plugs between the spacers (rings) during the shell assembly, the distribution system is centered and fixed. Additional spacer rings of different sizes can then be attached. For water drains, or water meters, or water shut-off valves. The components are gradually inserted into the spacer rings, fastened and finally secured with cement mortar.

After the cement mortar has hardened, the template (hole template) must be removed and can be used again in the next room or floor. This creates a completely new situation (perspective) for the tiler.
