The invention relates to a closure of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1. Such a closure is designed in two parts and consists of a movable locking element and a stationary counter-locking element, which will be referred to below as "pin" and "locking piece".

As a rule, the parallel movable pin is arranged on the movable sash and the stationary locking piece on the fixed frame, but the exact opposite arrangement is also possible. The pin is normally located on a drive rod that can be adjusted between at least two positions by manual or motorized actuation means. In one position, the sash is released from the frame, which is why this position of the pin should be referred to as the "release position". The other position, which would then be referred to analogously as the "locking position", prevents the sash from moving relative to the frame. This is made possible because the locking piece has longitudinal sections with different cross-sections. The longitudinal section that is able to hold the pin due to its cross-sectional profile is referred to below as the "holding section" for short, while the other longitudinal section, where the pin is not able to hold the sash, should be referred to as the "empty section" due to its ineffective cross-section.

Differently designed tenons must be used on the wings. There are so-called round tenons, which have a round head, flat tenons, which have a flat head, and also headless hook tenons. Until now, the corresponding locking pieces had to be designed differently depending on the tenon type. This required a large number of different components, which not only required a wide variety of individual production, but also a correspondingly varied storage. The fitter had to have a correspondingly varied supply of components ready at his workplace and ensure that he always used the right locking piece for the respective tenon type used. This required a great deal of attention and the corresponding qualification of the fitter. However, incorrect assembly could still occur.

The invention is based on the object of developing a closure of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1, which avoids the aforementioned disadvantages. This is achieved according to the invention by the measures mentioned in the characterizing part of claim 1, which have the following special significance.

The invention makes it possible to assign one and the same locking piece to all three of the above-mentioned different types of pin, which will be referred to below as a "combination locking piece" due to its universal use. A special feature of the invention is that this combination locking plate, viewed in the direction of the pin's stroke, is divided into three sections with different cross-sectional profiles, which can take on different functions for the different pins depending on which of the three types of pin is used. For example, the above-mentioned holding section for the round pin is the empty section in the combination locking piece when a headless hook pin is used, while its holding section is only formed subsequently in the third section of the locking piece. All three sections have the same cross-sectional profile in that they always have two essentially parallel side walls. These side walls are then provided with additional profile elements and thus transformed into the three cross-sectional shapes of a double I-profile piece, a double L-profile piece and a U-profile piece. to move the respective pin between its release position and locking position. This brings a number of great advantages.

The fitter does not need to pay attention to which type of pin is used on the sash; he always attaches a uniform combination locking piece to the frame. He does not need to worry about selecting the right locking piece. This not only reduces the workload of the fitter, but also reduces storage. Because of the three-fold use with three different pins, the locking piece can be produced in a much higher number. This leads to a lower production price, which is why the lock according to the invention allows costs to be reduced. The special structure of the combination locking piece also increases the strength and service life of the product.

Further measures and advantages of the invention emerge from the subclaims, the following description and the drawings. The invention is shown in an embodiment in the drawings. They show:

The lock according to the invention comprises a uniform combination locking piece 10, to which three different, optionally usable pins 20, 30, 40 are assigned, the appearance of which can be seen from Fig. 1a to 2c. The pins 20, 30 and 40 are, as can be seen from Fig. 6a to 6c, attached, in particular riveted, to a drive rod 25 according to Fig. 6a to 6c via rivet attachments 23, 33 and 43 or the like. The structural unit comprising drive rod 25 and respective pins 20, 30 and 40 is arranged in a rebate groove of a wing (not shown in detail). By means of actuating means, e.g. B. a rotary handle on the wing, the rack and with it the pin located there can be moved by a distance 50 between the two positions marked by auxiliary lines 26, 27, which is indicated in Fig. 6a to 6c.

The combination locking piece 10, on the other hand, is attached to a defined location on the associated fixed frame, for which purpose the combination locking piece 10 is penetrated by vertical round holes 28 and/or oval holes 29 in its two end areas 35, 35'. The holes 28, 29 are used to pass through a fastening screw (not shown in detail) or other fastening means. To accommodate the screw heads, they have funnel openings 38 and 39 on the visible side. The oval holes 29 can have radial and/or axial profiles 36 to secure the screws.

The three tenon types 20, 30, 40 include a round tenon 20, which has a round head 21 on its round tenon shaft. The shaft also has a round tenon cross-section 22, as shown in Fig. 2a.

Alternatively, the flat tenon 30 shown in Fig. 1b can also be used, the tenon cross-section of which has a flat profile, as can be seen from the hatching in Fig. 2b. The tenon has a cross-sectional width 32 which is essentially equal to the tenon diameter.

It is important that the head width 34 of the flat pin 30 is essentially the same as the head diameter 24 of the round pin 20, but there is a greater pin length 64.

The third type of pin is a hook pin 40, as shown in Fig. 1c and 2c. This has no head, but rather a hook part 41 that protrudes on one side of the hook shaft 45. The entire hook pin 40 is plate-shaped, whereby the hook part 41 and the hook shaft 45 are flat. The hook width 42 corresponds approximately to the pin cross section 32 or the pin diameter 22 of the previously described pin 30 or 20. The front end of the hook part 41 can be provided with bevelled edges 44 as shown in Fig. 1c.

The combination locking piece 10 can be divided into three parts 11, 12, 13 with different cross-sectional profiles, which can be seen in the cross-sectional views of Fig. 3, 4 and 5. Apart from the end areas 35, 35', which are essentially solid except for cavities 46, 46' on the locking piece underside 47, the pieces 11, 12, 13, which are one piece with each other, are provided with continuous, essentially vertically running side walls 14, 14', which are each a component of the aforementioned cross-sectional profiles of Fig. 3 to 5.

One end region 35 is initially followed by a double-I profile piece 11, for the construction of which the aforementioned side walls 14, 14' are sufficient. The side walls 14, 14' determine a profile width 15 that is designed to be slightly larger than the head diameter 24 of the round pin 20 shown in Fig. 1a and 2a. In addition, the profile length 16 of this profile piece 11 is designed to be slightly larger than the length 37 of the flat head 31 of the flat pin 30 shown in Fig. 1b and 2b. This means that this double-I profile piece 11 is to be regarded as the "empty section" described at the beginning for the two pins 20, 30. If the two pins 20 and 30 are in their position 26 shown in dash-dotted lines in Fig. 6a and 6b, there is no engagement between

the respective head 21, 31 and the locking piece 10. The sash can be moved in the drawing plane of Fig. 6a or 6b in the direction of the movement arrow 55 there in relation to the fixed combination locking piece 10. In this case, the sash is a sliding sash. This longitudinal position of the pins is marked in these drawings and in Fig. 1 by the lower auxiliary line 26, which thus proves to be the "release position" of the sash.

As Fig. 3 shows, the two side walls 14, 14' in the double-I profile piece 11 can be provided with beveled edges 51, 51' on the top side 48 of the locking piece, which work together in a centering manner with the pins 20, 30 to be inserted vertically here. For this purpose, the heads 21, 31 can be provided with similar beveled edges or roundings. The combination locking piece 10 shown is intended for recessing in a milling in the frame. Alternatively, several vertical lugs 49, indicated in dash-dotted lines in Fig. 5 and 6, can be provided for better anchoring of the combination locking pieces 10. They are located primarily on the boundaries of the aforementioned, usually more solid end areas 35, 35'.

In the middle locking piece area there is a double L-profile piece 12, the cross-sectional profile of which can be seen in Fig. 4. In this profile piece 12, the side walls 14, 14' form the vertical L-legs, which are provided with two horizontal L-legs 17, 17' pointing towards each other in the area of the locking piece top 48. These define a clear profile width 52 between them, which is smaller than the head cross-section 24 or 34 of the round or flat head 21, 31 of the two pins 20, 30. This clear width 52 is, however, larger than the pin diameter 22 or the pin cross-section 32 of the respective shaft of the two pins 20, 30.

When the pins 20, 30 are redirected from the previously described release position at 26, shown in dash-dotted lines in Fig. 6a and 6b, to their solid position shown in Fig. 6a, 6b, marked by the other auxiliary line 27, the respective heads 21, 31 move behind the two horizontal L-profile legs 17, 17', so that there is an engagement between the combination locking piece 10 on the one hand and the pins 20 and 30 on the other hand.

20, 30 proves to be the "locking position" of the sash. The profile piece 12 is thus the "holding section" of the sash with respect to the pins 20, 30 mentioned at the beginning. In order to prevent the run-up movement of the pin heads

21, 31, inclined run-on surfaces 53, 53' are provided on the inner surfaces of the two L-profile legs 17, 17', which, as Fig. 7 shows, are preceded by inclined guide surfaces 54, 54' for the tenon shafts at the beginning of the leg.

In the combination locking piece 10 according to the invention, the double L-profile piece 12 has a dual function. It is also an "empty section" with respect to the hook pin 40. This is evident from Fig. 6c from the dash-dotted release position 40' of the hook pin 40 on the auxiliary line 26. If the profile lengths 16, 18 of the two profile pieces 11, 12 shown in Fig. 1 are added together, they are greater than the total length 64 of the hook pin 40 shown in Fig. 1c and 2c. In addition, the previously described clear width 52 in the double L-profile piece 12 is slightly larger than the hook width 42 shown in Fig. 2c. During the movement of the wing, which is also illustrated in Fig. 6 by the arrow 55, the hook pin 40 fits easily through the total opening of 11, 12 shown in Fig. 1 in order to reach the dash-dotted insertion position 40' shown in Fig. 6c inside the combination locking piece 10. The stroke 50, which is also shown in Fig. 6c, into the other position shown in solid lines and indicated by the auxiliary line 27, brings the hook pin 40 into its "locking position" with the profile piece 13 of the locking piece 10 that follows it.

There is a closed U-profile piece 13, the profile structure of which can be seen in Fig. 5. Its special feature is that the two side walls 14, 14', which are also present here, are connected to one another by a U-web wall 19. In the locking position of Fig. 6c, this U-web wall 19 is engaged behind by the hook part 41 of the hook pin 40. This U-profile piece 13 thus proves to be the "holding section" for the pin 40 in this locking position of the sash. A movement of the sash in the direction of the double arrow 55 is then not possible.

As can be seen from Fig. 6, both end regions 35, 35' and

the double I-profile piece 11 and the double L-profile piece 12 have a matching profile height 56. The U-profile piece 13, on the other hand, has a larger profile height 57, starting from a matching locking piece bottom side 47. This is due to the fact that the U-web wall 19 forms a kind of attachment 59 on the otherwise identically heighted locking piece top side 48. This attachment 59 has a trapezoidal outline 58 as seen in the longitudinal section of Fig. 6a.

Another special feature of the U-profile piece 13 is that, as can best be seen in Fig. 5, an inner step 60, 60' is provided between the U-legs formed here by the side walls 14, 14' on the one hand and the U-web wall 19 connecting them on the other. This inner step 60, 60' is created simply because the aforementioned horizontal L-profile legs 17, 17' from the preceding profile piece 12 continue in this profile piece 13 at these points. This results in a significant reinforcement of the U-cross-section profile. Between the two legs 60, 60' an inner groove 61 is created, as can be seen in Fig. 5 and 7, the groove width of which is slightly larger than the hook width 42 according to Fig. 2c.

The U-shaped web wall 19 has a profile length 62, which can be seen in Fig. 1, which is shorter than the total length of the trapezoidal attachment 59 on the locking piece top side 48. The attachment 59 is provided with a cutout 63 in the adjacent gap in the profile pieces 12, 13 of Fig. 1. This is to ensure that the hook pin in its dash-dotted release position 40' of Fig. 6c definitely no longer engages behind the U-shaped web wall 19 there.

Claims (10)

Protection claims: 1. Lock between a fixed frame and a movable wing of a door, window or similar, with a locking member, a so-called pin (20), arranged on one part, such as the wing, which can be moved parallel to itself between at least two positions (26, 27) by means of a lifting-movable actuating means (50), wherein one position of the pin (20) is in the release position (26) of the wing and the other position of the pin is in the locking position (27) of the wing relative to the frame, and with a counter-locking element, a so-called locking piece (10), fixed to the other part, such as the frame, which - seen in the stroke direction (50) of the pin (20) - has longitudinal sections (11, 12) with differently profiled cross-sections, namely an empty section (11) receiving the pin (20) in the release position (26) of the wing and a holding section (12) receiving the pin in the locking position (27) of the wing, characterized, that three different, optionally usable pin types (20, 30, 40) are assigned to a uniform combination locking piece (10), namely a so-called round tenon (20) with a round head (21), then a flat tenon (30) with a flat head (31) and finally a headless hook pin (40), that the one-piece combination locking piece (10) has two continuous, essentially vertical side walls (14, 14'), but is divided into three parts (11, 12, 13) with different cross-sectional profiles, namely in a double-I profile piece (11) at a locking piece end (35), the profile width (15) of which is greater than/equal to the head cross-section (24, 34) of the round pin (20) and the flat pin (30) and the profile length (16) of which is greater than/equal to the length (37) of the flat head (31) of the flat pin (30), then into a double L-profile piece (12) in the middle locking piece area, the clear profile width (52) of which between the two opposing L-legs (17, 17') is greater than or equal to the pin cross-section (22, 32), but smaller than or equal to the head cross-section (24, 34) of the round pin (20) and the hook width (42) of the hook pin (40) and the flat pin (30), wherein the sum of the profile lengths (16 and 18) of the double I profile piece (11) and the double L profile piece (12) is greater than/equal to the total length (64) of the hook pin (40), and finally in a closed U-profile piece (13) at the other locking piece end (35'), whose U-web wall (19) is engaged behind by the hook part (41) of the hook pin (40) in its locking position (27), wherein the U-web wall (19) has a profile length (62) which in the release position (26) of the hook pin (40) outside the hook part (41) lies. 2. Closure according to one or more of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the step thickness of the two inner steps (60, 60') in the U-profile piece (13) is the same height as the leg thickness of the two L-legs (17, 17') pointing towards each other in the adjacent double L-profile piece (12). 6. Closure according to one or more of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the two side walls (14, 14') of the double I-profile piece (11) are essentially of the same height and form the two vertical L-legs in the adjacent double L-profile piece (12) and the U-leg walls in the closing U-profile piece (13). 7. Closure according to one or more of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the combination piece (10) is essentially of the same height throughout, but the U-web wall (19) in the U-profile piece (13) is an attachment (59) projecting beyond the top side (48) of the combination piece (10). 8. Closure according to claim 7, characterized in that the attachment (59) - seen in the longitudinal direction of the combination locking piece (10) - has a trapezoidal outline profile (58). 9.
