Betonaquarien mit höhenverstellbarer Scheibe besitzen bisher keine automatische Scheibenreinigungseinheit.Concrete aquariums with height-adjustable panes do not currently have an automatic pane cleaning unit.
Ohne automatische Scheibenreinigungseinheit findet im Aquarienbetrieb ein ständiger Scheibenbesatz durch Ablagerungen statt, welcher durch manuelles Scheibenreinigen bisher beseitigt wird. Durch feste Bestandteile, welche an der Scheibe haften, kommt es während des Reinigungsvorganges zu Beschädigungen der Scheibenoberfläche. Auch kann ein immer ständiges sauberhalten der höhenverstellbaren Scheibe nicht garantiert werden. Beim Absenkvorgang der Scheibe kommt es so zu erhöhter Abnutzung des Dichtungselementes, was die Dichtheit und die Sicherheit des Aquariums vorschnell nicht mehr gewährleisten läßt.Without an automatic pane cleaning unit, the panes are constantly covered in deposits during aquarium operation, which can currently be removed by manual pane cleaning. Die Erfindung besteht darin, die höhenverstellbare Scheibe wasserseitig so zu beschichten, daß keine festen Ablagerangen sich auf der Scheibenoberfläche festsetzen können, bzw. sehr leicht zu entfernen sind. Weiterhin besteht die Erfindung darin, daß im automatischen Zyklus die Scheibe z.B. täglich um einen kleinen Betrag gesenkt wird, zwischenzeitlich werden durch einen speziellen Abstreifer alle Ablagerungen auf diesem Scheibenabschnitt entfernt, um anschließend wieder in die Aasgangslage zurückzukehren. Während des Absenkvorganges wird das überschüssige Wasser in einen Zwischenspeicher gepumt und nachdem die Scheibe wieder in ihre Ausgangsstellung zurückgekehrt ist, wird das zwischengespeicherte Wasser wieder in das Aquarium gepumpt. Mit diesem Vorgang läßt sich nur ein kleiner Höhenbereich der Scheibe ständig frei von Ablagerungen halten. Der weitaus größere Flächenanteil der Scheibe wird durch eine, in zwei Achsen positionierbare automatische Reinigungseinheit im automatischen Zyklus, z.B. täglich, gereinigt. Die Reinigungseinheit besitzt eine rotierende Bürste, einen feststehenden Schaber, oder die Kombination beider Instrumente,welche schonend die Scheibe reinigen. Der Vorteil der ständigen Reinigung liegt darin, daß sich Ablagerungen gamicht erst festsetzen können. Auch entfällt die bisher allgemein übliche manuelle Reinigung der Scheibe.The invention consists in coating the height-adjustable pane on the water side in such a way that no solid deposits can settle on the pane surface or are very easy to remove. The previously common manual cleaning of the window is also no longer necessary.
