Description

Tubes for storing and dispensing pasty substances currently consist of a tube body with a closable opening at the top. The closure is made using a screw or a hinged cap. The tube body, which begins at the top of the tube, runs into a filling end that tapers to a tube flag and is closed by sealing or rolling. The material of the tube may be such that the tube returns to its original shape after being subjected to external pressure.

The disadvantage of tubes of this type is that they cannot be completely emptied. This means that they regularly end up in the garbage with some of their contents. Another disadvantage is that tubes of this type are thrown away after only one use.

The object of the invention is to eliminate the aforementioned disadvantages of tubes of this type.

This problem is solved by a tube with the characterizing features of claim 1. Further detailed design solutions result from subclaims 2 and 3

The invention ensures that the tube can be used repeatedly and the use of materials for tubes of this type can be reduced.

This multiple recyclability makes the tube more environmentally friendly compared to conventional tubes. In particular, the energy and material expenditure for the higher-quality plastic parts such as the tube head

and the closure cap are thereby significantly reduced, calculated over the product cycle.

The tube body can be designed more elaborately, which can achieve a greater advertising effect. Any higher costs during production can be offset by the multiple use of the tube.

The invention achieves, due to the thin-walled material of the refill inner container (e.g. made of plastic), that

- the use of materials in production is reduced,

- the amount of material to be disposed of after a single use is minimized ,

- the tube contents can be completely emptied by hand after being removed from the tube body due to the greater flexibility of the inner container.

Design example: according to Fig. 1

The illustration shows a vertical section of the tube for refilling using a refill inner container. The inner container (3) is located in the tube (consisting of the tube head (1) and the tube body (2)). The tube head is closed with the closure flap (4). To change the refill inner container, the tube body is unscrewed or removed from the tube head. The closure flap can be screwed onto the tube head. The emptied inner container can now be unscrewed from the tube head and any residue can be pressed out by hand. The completely emptied inner container can then be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner and a new refill inner container can be screwed into the tube head. The tube body is put over the refill inner container and screwed or plugged onto the tube head.

When connecting the tube body to the tube head, the inserted refill inner container remains rigidly attached to the tube head. If the tube body is folded at the end, the refill inner container must be correspondingly shorter or taper towards the end. The end of the refill inner container can be hemispherical or conical. This ensures optimal use of the interior space of the tube body.

Tube, especially for pasty ingredients, • with a tube body that can be emptied by squeezing and/or rolling up and an attached tube head that can be closed by means of a closure cap, • that the tube body (2) can be dismantled from the tube head (1), • that a filled inner container (3) that can be emptied by squeezing and/or rolling up can be inserted into the tube body, • that the head of the inner container is attached to the tube head and • that the closure cap (4) is attached to the tube head or to the head of the inner container. 2.
