Jedes der in Fig. 1-7 dargestellten Schmuckstücke verfügt über einen Hohlraum, der
mit einem saugfähigen Material 3 zur Aufnahme eingebrachter flüssiger Duft- oder
Heilstoffe zumindest teilweise verfüllt ist: Der Hohlraum ist mit mindestens einer, hier
sternchenförmigen, Austrittsöffnung 1 versehen, durch die in den Hohlraum eingebrachte Duft- oder Heilstoffe beim Tragen ständig austreten. Die
Austrittsöffnungen 1 befinden sich vorzugsweise auf der Schmuckaußenseite, die mit

durch den Hohlraum hindurch erfolgt. Die Zirkulationsöffnungen 2 sind an beim Tragen nicht sichtbaren Stellen (Schmuckrückseite, Armreifinnenseite) angeordnet
und vorzugsweise größer als die Austrittsöffnungen 1 ausgeführt. Als vorteilhaft hat es sich erwiesen, wenn der Schmuck zweiteilig ausgeführt ist und
der Hohlraum durch das Zusammenfügen der beiden Schmuckteile entsteht. Das Zusammenfügen an der Nahtstelle 4 kann fest oder lösbar erfolgen.
