Die Erfindung betrifft eine dreiteilige Türzarge aus Stahl mit einem dreiseitig umlaufendem variablen Falz zum Bekleiden eingebauter Altzargen aus Beton oder Stahl. Zusätzlich kann die Zarge zum nachträglichen Einbau für eine Rohbauöffnung im Neubau verwendet werden.The invention relates to a three-part steel door frame with a variable rebate running around three sides for covering installed old frames made of concrete or steel. Im modernen Wohnungsbau wie auch in der Plattenbauweise sind Türzargen, insbesondere Stahlzargen, vielfach so fest eingebaut, daß sie im Rahmen einer Modernisierung oder Renovierung nicht ohne erheblichen Schmutz und Mehrarbeit herausgenommen werden können. Deshalb sind sogenannte Renovierungszargen bekannt geworden, die zum Bekleiden der festeingebauten Altzargen dienen, ohne daß letztere entfernt werden müssen.In modern housing construction as well as in prefabricated construction, door frames, especially steel frames, are often installed so firmly that they cannot be removed during modernization or renovation without causing considerable dirt and extra work. Ein wesentlicher Nachteil solcher Renovierungszargen besteht darin, daß diese die Maße der für die Altzarge bestimmten Türblättern verändern, und zwar unabhängig davon, ob es sich um ein überfälztes oder stumpfes Türblatt handelt. Durch das Umbauen der Altzarge mit einer üblichen Renovierungszarge werden die durch den dreiseitig umlaufenden Falz der Türzarge vorgegebenen Türblattaußenmaße verändert, so daß bei Verwendung einer Renovierungszargjs das Türblatt entweder angepaßt oder individuell mit Mehraufwand neu gefertigt werden muß, so daß in der Regel normgerechte Türblätter bei Renovierungszargen nicht verwendbar sind. Zudem entstehen noch erhebliche Durchgangsverluste. Dieses Problem wurde ähnlich nur in Holz gelöst, (Rollen-Nr. Ferner werden zur heutigen Zeit im Neubau Türzargen aus Stahl mit grundierter Oberfläche im rohbaufertigen Zustand des Hauses eingebaut. Diese werden dann meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr zeitgerecht in den vorgefertigten Türöffnungen verankert und mit Zementmasse vollflächig vergossen. Diese Vorgehensweise führt oft zu großen Problemen beim Einbau der neuen Türblätter. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß die 3-tlg. Bauweise (13, 14) der Türzarge (1+2) mit spezieller Verbindungstechnik {12, 15, 16) es ermöglicht, die Türzarge (1+2) mit einer vorhandenen Türöffnung zu verbinden. Durch den variabel gekanteten Türfalz (5) von 15-30 mm ist es möglich, ein Türblatt (7) nach DIN oder NORM zu verwenden. Die Befestigung (20), und auch aus Gründen der Dämmung und des Korrosionsschutzes, wird durch Verschäumen (19) durch die im Zargenfalz vorhandenen Bohrungen (17) sowie durch Verschrauben (20) des im Inneren des Zargenspiegels befindlichen Winkels (22), welcher gleichzeitig als druckfeste Hinterfütterung dient, gewährleistet. Somit ist kein Vergießen mit Zementmörtel mehr notwendig. Der Wandausgleich erfolgt durch einen aus Kunststoff oder Metall gefertigten Schiebewinkel (24), der seitlich auf den Zargenspiegel (11) gestülpt wird. Hinsichtlich der Wirtschaftlichkeit und dem Korrosionsschutz wird die Türzarge (1+2) im pulverbeschichteten Zustand (23) eingebaut und dreiteilig im Karton verpackt, angeliefert. Nachdem dieses geschehen ist, wird die Türzarge (1+2) mittels Befestigung (20) durch die Bohrung (21) und dem Gegenwinkel (22) an dem Mauerwerk befestigt. Danach wird durch die Bohrungen (17) im variablen Türfalz (5) die Türzarge verschäumt (19). Nach Aushärten des Montageschaumes (19) wird die Türfalzdichtung (6) am Türfalz (5) angebracht. Ist dieses geschehen, wird das Türblatt (7) in die Bandaufnahme (8) eingehangen. Im Bedarfsfall wird dann eine Steinoder Holzschwelle (25) mit integrierter Dichtung (26) in die Türöffnung als unterer Anschluß angebracht. Somit erweist sich die Türzarge (1+2) als.schnell und sauber zu montierende Zarge und läßt hinsichtlich der farblichen Gestaltung (pulverbeschichtet oder naßlackiert nach RAL) sowie dem variablen Zargenspiegel keine Wünsche offen.The second frame part is then put into the door reveal and screwed firmly using connection technology (12, 15, 16).
