Sitting-reclining furniture

The invention relates to a seat-lounger furniture, consisting of a frame with a backrest, a seat part and an additional part, whereby the seat part can be pulled out of the frame by part of its length, the backrest is coupled to the seat part via joint rods and is forcibly adjustable in such a way that when the seat part is pushed in, the backrest is essentially approximately vertical, possibly slightly inclined, and when the seat part is pulled out, the backrest essentially forms a horizontal, possibly slightly inclined extension of the seat surface of the seat part, whereby the seat part is supported by guide elements on the chair frame and/or on the support surface.

In the prior art, seat-reclining furniture is known in which the seat part can be pulled out from the body, where the backrest is coupled to the seat part in terms of movement via a link chain, so that when the seat part is pulled out, it is inevitably placed in an approximately horizontal position, while when the seat part is pushed in, the backrest is moved into the upright, slightly inclined sitting position.

The disadvantage of such seat-reclining furniture is that, particularly when sliding it from the reclining position into the sitting position, considerable forces must be applied in order to both move the seat part into the sitting position and at the same time pivot the backrest part into the sitting position.

Based on this problem, the invention is based on the object of creating a seat-reclining furniture of the generic type in which the operating comfort is improved.

The solution to this problem is specified in claim 1. Advantageous further developments are specified in the subclaims.

The energy storage means that a slightly higher level of force is required when pulling out the seat and the associated lowering and swiveling of the backrest, but this is largely compensated for by the weight of the adjusting backrest. When pushing the seat-reclining furniture from the reclining position into the sitting position, the energy storage supports this movement, so that the user only has to exert less force to operate it.

The sitting-reclining furniture essentially consists of an indicated frame 1 with a backrest 2, a seat part 3 and, if necessary, an additional part. In the normal position of use, the additional part 4 is pushed onto a lower part 5 so that these parts lie one above the other. The seat part 3 together with the additional part 4 is pushed into the frame in the sitting position, whereby the backrest 2 is given an essentially vertical, slightly inclined position. The seat part 3 can be pulled out of the frame 1 by part of its length, whereby the backrest 2 is coupled in terms of movement to the seat part 3 via joint rods 6, 7 and is forcibly adjustable in such a way that when the seat part 3 is pushed in, the backrest 2 is essentially almost vertical, if necessary slightly inclined, and when the seat part 3 is pulled out, the backrest 2 essentially forms a horizontal, if necessary slightly inclined extension of the seat surface of the seat part 3. The seat part 3 is supported for the purpose of guidance by means of guide elements, in particular guide rollers on the frame of the chair or the support surface. Sitting-reclining furniture, consisting of a frame (1) with a backrest (2), a seat part (3,4,5) and an additional part, whereby the seat part (3-5) can be pulled out of the frame (1) by part of its length, the backrest (2) is coupled to the seat part (3-5) via joint rods (6,7) and is forcibly adjustable in such a way that when the seat part (3-5) is pushed in, the backrest (2) is directed essentially approximately vertically, possibly slightly inclined, and when the seat part (3-5) is pulled out, the backrest (2) essentially forms a horizontal, possibly slightly inclined, extension of the seat surface of the seat part, whereby the seat part is supported optionally with guide elements on the chair frame (1) and/or on the support surface, whereby the joint rods (6,7) for the forced adjustment of the backrest (2) have a first joint rod (6) which is located near the lower end of the backrest (2) and is hinged near the rear end of the seat part (3-5), and a second hinge rod (7) which is hinged to the backrest (2) in the fastening area of the first hinge rod (6) and is connected to its other end is hinged near the rear wall of the frame at the bottom of the frame (1), wherein a force accumulator (8) is also arranged between parts fixed to the frame and parts of the seating/reclining furniture that are movable relative to the frame (1), which force accumulator is not or only slightly pre-tensioned when parts are in the sitting position and is pre-tensioned when parts are in the reclining position and forms an auxiliary force for transferring the parts into the sitting position. 2.
