Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verbindungsrahmen für standardisierte Solarmodule mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a connecting frame for standardized solar modules with the features of the preamble of claim 1.

So weist ein typisches Solarmodul für einen 12-Volt-Betrieb (SR 100 der Firma Siemens) 36 Solarzellen auf, die von einem gehärteten Frontglas und einer Rückseitenfolie abgedeckt sind. Dieses Solarmodul kann einen Aluminiumrahmen aufweisen ist für Standard-Tragkonstruktionen ausgelegt. Soll eine höhere Leistung erzielt werden, so müssen entsprechend viele Solarmodule montiert werden. Erfindungsgemäß werden wenigstens zwei gleiche Solarmodule der eingangs genannten Art in einer Ebene nebeneinander und/oder übereinander angeordnet und sind mit einen gemeinsamen umlaufenden Rahmen versehen, wobei die jeweiligen Glasplatten an ihren aneinanderstoßenden Seiten in einem gemeinsamen, sich zwischen zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Rahmenseiten erstreckenden Verbindungssteg gehalten sind. Vorteilhafterweise weist jedes Solarmodul eine Anschlußbuchse auf und die Anschlußbuchsen sind miteinander durch ein Kabel verbunden, das durch den Verbindungssteg geführt ist. Der Verbindungsrahmen 1 von Fig. 1-3 weist einen äußeren, rechteckigen Aluminiumrahmen 5 auf, der in seiner Mitte von oben nach unten durch einen Verbindungssteg 4 geteilt wird. Zwischen dem Verbindungssteg 4 und den seitlichen Rahmenteilen wird auf jeder Seite eine rechteckige Glasplatte 2 gehalten, unter der in bekannter Art Solarzellen 3 angeordnet und miteinander verbunden sind. Die Glasplatten mit den Solarzellen sind auf ihrer Rückseite 2' mit einer Schutzschicht versehen und weisen dort in ihrem oberen Bereich Anschlußbuchsen 6, 6' auf, in denen die von den Solarzellen abgehenden elektrischen Leitungen enden und mit passenden Anschlüssen versehen sind. Die Anschlußbuchsen 6, 6' weisen Eingänge 6'' für Kabel 7 auf, wobei die Anschlußbuchsen, wie im vorliegenden Beispiel gezeigt, miteinander verbunden sein können, wodurch mehrere Solarmodule in Reihe geschaltet sein können. Der Verbindungssteg 4 weist für das Kabel 7 eine Durchgangsbohrung auf.
