Automatische Drahtspinnzange.Automatic wire spinning pliers.
Die Drahtspinnzange ist speziell für Arbeiten im Baustellenbereich erfunden worden.The wire spinning pliers were specially invented for work on construction sites.
Man benutzt beim Betonieren Eisenstangen die mit Draht miteinander verbunden werden.Die Verdrahtung geschieht bisher meistens per Handarbeit,bzw.mit einem Werkzeug das mit der Hand gedreht werden muß.When concreting, iron rods are used that are connected to each other with wire. Mit meiner neuen Drahtspinnzange ist es möglich,ohne große Mühe, die Arbeiten der Drahtverbindungen auszuführen.With my new wire spinning pliers it is possible to carry out the wire connection work without much effort.
Die Zange ist hergestellt aus viereckigem Metall/Eisen und wie eine normale Zange mit zwei Handgriffen zusammengenietet.An dieser Nietstelle befindet sich ein Halter mit eingeschraubter Bohrerwelle.Diese Bohrerwelle ist weiterverbunden mit einer Büchse,welche zwei Funktionen hat.Der untere Teil ist als Laufmutter gedacht, auf dem anderen Teil sitzt eine Kupplungsverbindung.Die Büchse selbst ist eingebaut in einen Konus,welcher von oben nach unten durch den Zangenhandgriff läuft.Auf den Konus ist ein Deckel eingeschraubt .In diesen Deckel ist eine Welle eingebaut die vier Zähne hat.Auf der* Büchse befinden sich auch vier Zähne.The pliers are made of square metal/iron and riveted together with two handles like normal pliers. Die äußere Welle an der Spinnzange muß in Futter befestigt werden und bei Benutzung,bspw.des Accu-Schraubers,muß dieser nach vorne gedrückt und eingekuppelt werden.Sobald eingekuppelt ist dreht sich die Büchse auf der Bohrwelle und zieht den Konus nach vorne. In diesem Moment zieht das Maul der Zange den Draht ein und hält ihn fest.Dann dreht sich die ganze Spinnzange mit.Läßt man den Knopf der elektr.Maschine los geht die Kupplungswelle zurück und der Druck auf die Büchse laßt nach.Die Spiralfeder schiebt den Konus zurück und so läuft die Spinnzange dann die ganze Zeit.The outer shaft on the spinning pliers must be fastened in the chuck and when using the cordless screwdriver, for example, the latter must be pushed forward and engaged. Die Kupplung ist bis jetzt eine Flachkupplung.Doch habe ich bereits eine Konus-Kupplung konstruiert die mit Sicherheit noch besser ist zum Einbauen und diese auch sehr gut einkuppelt.Im Moment bin ich aber noch nicht in der Lage diese Kupplung selbst zu fertigen.The coupling is currently a flat coupling.
