Die Erfindung betrifft ein Notausstiegsfenster mit Schneiddrahthaspel für geklebte Fensterbaugruppen, insbesondere bei Schienenfahrzeugen mit VSG (Verbundsicherheitsglas , bestehend aus zwei Scheiben mit dazwischenliegender Kunststoffolie) .The invention relates to an emergency exit window with cutting wire reel for glued window assemblies, in particular in rail vehicles with laminated safety glass (LSG, consisting of two panes with a plastic film in between).
Im Schienenfahrzeugbau sind Notausstiegssysteme im Bereich der Fensterbaugruppen bekannt, deren Konstruktionen aufwendig und damit kostenungünstig sind. Diese Konstruktionen sind kompliziert und aufwendig in der Wartung. Aufgrund der Tatsache, daß sie nur selten aktiviert werden müssen, versagen sie oftmals durch ihre schwergängige Mechanik, insbesondere in Paniksituationen. Die derzeitig zum Stand der Technik gehörenden Notausstiegssysteme mit Schneiddrahttechnik sind in ihrer Handhabung kompliziert und garantieren nicht eine schnelle Trennung der Scheibe von der Klebefuge, da hier nur ein einzelner Draht mit beweglichen Umlenkrollen verwendet wird. Bekannt ist, daß gegenwärtig eingeklebte Fensterbaugruppen mit VSG nicht als Notausstiege ausgelegt sind.In rail vehicle construction, emergency exit systems are known in the area of window assemblies, the construction of which is complex and therefore uneconomical. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Notausstiegssystem für geklebte Fensterbaugruppen mit VSG zu schaffen, bei dem mit geringem konstruktivem Aufwand, fast wartungsfrei gesichert ist, daß eine schnelle Zerstörung der Klebeverbindung erreicht, sowie eine Verletzungsgefahr durch die zerstörte Scheibe ausgeschlossen wird und der Trennvorgang mit minimalem Kraftaufwand möglich ist.The invention is based on the object of creating an emergency exit system for glued window assemblies with laminated safety glass, in which it is ensured with little construction effort, almost maintenance-free, that a rapid destruction of the adhesive connection is achieved, as well as a risk of injury from the destroyed pane is excluded and the separation process is possible with minimal effort.

Im folgenden wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Gemäß Fig.l wird eine vorgespannte automatische Schneiddrahthaspel 1 mit zwei schlaufenartig eingelegten Schneiddrähten 2 um eine Umlenkrolle 3 durch eine Klebefuge 4 bis zur vollständigen Trennung der Klebeverbindung zwischen Scheibe 5 und Aufnahmesystem gezogen. Beide Schneiddrähte 2 sind mit ihren Enden in einer gemeinsamen Halterung 6 befestigt.
