Für die partielle Körpermassage bzw. zur Durchblutungs förderung gibt es u.a. kleine Gerätschaften aus Gummi oder Kunststoff die mit Noppen besetzt sind. Die meisten Geräte in Form eines handlichen Igels, einer Stachelwalze oder einer Massagebürste werden von Hand geführt und mit ertrag lichem Druck über die ausgewählten Körperpartien gerollt, gedrückt oder gestrichen.For partial body massage or to stimulate blood circulation, there are small devices made of rubber or plastic with knobs.
