Die Erfindung betrifft die Ausbildung der Dichtsohle für Absperrschieber von Wasserbauwerken, wie beispielsweise Rückhaltebecken, Klärbecken und dgl..The invention relates to the design of the sealing base for gate valves of hydraulic structures, such as retention basins, sewage treatment basins and the like.
Absperrschieber für Auslässe solcher Wasserbauwerke sind als gehäuselose Plattenschieber ausgebildet, die zwischen einer abgesenkten Schließstellung und einer hochgefahrenen Offenstellung beweglich sind. In der Schließstellung dichtet die untere Kantenfläche im Zusammenwirken mit einer darunter befindlichen Dichtsohle der abzusperrenden Auslaßöffnung ab. Schieberplattenunterkante und Dichtsohle können einen geradlinigen, aber auch einen bogenförmigen Verlauf haben. Damit eine ausreichend gute Abdichtung erreicht wird, wird die Schieberplatte in der Schließstellung mit erheblichem Druck gegen die Dichtsohle vorgespannt. Die Dichtsohle, die üblicherweise aus einem einbetonierten Stahlband gebildet ist, ist gewöhnlich mit einer einige Millimeter dicken Gummileiste aus relativ hartem Gummi mit glatter Oberfläche belegt, um die Abdichtung zu verbessern sowie das Sohlenband und die Schieberunterkante zu schonen.Gate valves for outlets of such hydraulic structures are designed as housing-less plate valves that can be moved between a lowered closed position and a raised open position. Kunststoffmaterial mit glatter Oberfläche und aus einer mit deren Unterseite verklebter oder verschweißter weichen unteren Schicht 33 aus geschlossenzelligem Schaumgummi bzw. Die Anordnung der weichen Schicht 33 an der Unterseite des Dichtbands bewirkt, daß die weiche Schicht im eingebauten Zustand der Dichtleiste zwischen dem Stahlband 31 (bzw. einer in anderer Weise ausgebildeten Sohlenfläche) und der harten Schicht sandwichartig eingebettet und so geschützt ist. Die Schieberunterkante wirkt also mit der unempfindlichen harten Schicht des Dichtbands zusammen, das eine glatte Oberfläche hat und auch bei winterlichen Bedingungen, insbesondere bei Eisansatz, nicht gefährdet ist, da etwa zwischen Schieberunterkante und Dichtband gebildetes Eis an der glatten Oberfläche der relativ harten Schicht nicht anhaftet und daher das Dichtband beim Öffnen auch eines angefrorenen Schiebers nicht beschädigt wird.The arrangement of the soft layer 33 on the underside of the sealing strip means that the soft layer is embedded in a sandwich-like manner between the steel strip 31 (or a base surface designed in another way) and the hard layer when the sealing strip is installed and is thus protected.
