Wall mounting system, especially for land or Watercraft

The subject of the present innovation is a wall mounting system, in particular for land or water vehicles, according to the preamble of claim 1.

Without limiting the general validity of the innovation, in the following only mobile homes will be referred to as a substitute for land or water vehicles; however, this is only an example and is not intended to limit the scope of protection.

The problem with mobile homes is that objects stored inside the mobile home must be protected from shocks and tilts. This is a significant difference compared to household applications.

For this reason, perforated walls and the associated elements that can be used in the home cannot simply be used in mobile homes. These elements are usually inserted through a recess in the perforated wall in a first position and then swiveled downwards by 90°. There are no inclinations or vibrations, so that a reliable mount can be achieved.

However, in mobile homes, such a tendency often and inevitably occurs, and vibrations are also common.

The known systems cannot therefore be used in mobile homes; there is always the risk that the elements housed in the perforated wall will fall out.

The aim of this innovation is therefore to further develop wall mounts for land or water vehicles of the type mentioned above so that they can be used reliably and various functional elements

can be mounted in a way that is insensitive to inclinations and vibrations.

According to the innovation, this problem is solved by the technical teaching of claim 1.

It is essential that a perforated wall with recesses is arranged in the corresponding vehicle, in which new functional elements and a new type of fastening are used.

The innovation provides for one-piece and flexible functional elements, which enable reliable fastening by flexible clamping of the functional elements to be attached to the perforated wall in at least two places, while at the same time requiring little manufacturing effort for the functional elements.

It is possible, for example, to provide the functional element with two or more fastening points on its top and just one fastening point on the bottom. Of course, a separate, associated lower fastening point can also be used for each upper fastening point.

This design has the significant advantage that the functional elements are held practically immovably to the perforated wall. They are insensitive to inclinations, as they no longer swing away from the perforated wall when the vehicle tilts, and are also insensitive to vibrations, as reliable fixation is achieved by the flexible clamping of the fastening points facing each other.

In a preferred embodiment, functional elements are provided with a bracket on their top and a tab on their bottom, which are then attached to the perforated wall. For attachment, it is advisable to provide the tab with a recess that is aligned with a recess in the perforated wall. The two

Figures 1 and 2 show a base body to which a perforated wall 2 is attached via several elements 3. These elements are preferably arranged so that they are aligned with the recesses 4 in the perforated wall 2; however, this is not absolutely necessary.

A functional element 9 is attached to the perforated wall 2, which has a bracket 5 on its upper side with two legs 6, 7 that are essentially perpendicular to one another. To attach it, the element 9 is pivoted 90° counterclockwise from the position shown in Figure 2, so that the leg 7 is approximately horizontal. This is then

If several functional elements 9 are connected by crossbars 10, the respective legs 7 are inserted practically simultaneously.

The functional element is then attached to its underside via a tab 11 with an associated button 14. The element is thus held in a non-pivotable manner, and deformation of the element may also be provided so that it rests resiliently on the button 8 with the tab 11. This prevents undesirable vibrations.

Figures 3 and 4 show details of the tab and the button, respectively. The tab 11 is attached to the functional element 9 via a suitable connection 12, e.g. a welded or soldered connection. For optical reasons, post-processing can be carried out here, e.g. crowning.

The tab 11 is also provided with a recess 13. This recess is dimensioned such that the tip 16 of the button 8 can pass through it. The tip 16 is followed by a middle part 15, which finally merges into a head 14. The diameter of the head 14 is larger than that of the tip 16.

It can be provided that the tip 16 is designed in such a way that it has to be deformed in a resilient manner in order to pass through the opening 13. This is a significant assembly advantage, since the clips 8 can be inserted into the recesses 13 of the tabs 11 before the functional element 9 is attached to the perforated wall 2.

The tip 16 is further designed in such a way that it can only be guided through the recesses 4 of the hole wall 2 by deformation. When inserted, the head 14 is pressed, which reliably does not pass through the recess 13 of the

Tab 11 can pass through. After passing through the perforated wall 2, the tip 16 rests with its inner surfaces on the back of the perforated wall 2 and thus reliably secures the functional element 9.

Figure 5 shows that the perforated wall 2, 3 can also serve as a cladding element if designed accordingly. In this embodiment, the perforated wall 2 is attached directly to the outer wall 17 of the vehicle via the elements 3. Further cladding is not necessary. Various insulating materials can be placed in the space between the perforated wall 2 and the recess 17.

Of course, the perforated wall can not only be flat, but also L-shaped, curved or designed in another way.

Overall, the subject of this innovation makes it possible for the first time to use perforated walls in vehicles and to reliably attach functional elements to them.
