Die Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungseinrichtung für Arbeitswerkzeuge an Baggern, mit der verschiedene Arbeitswerkzeuge, insbesondere Tieflöffel und Hochlöffel unterschiedlicher Größen an einem Bagger so befestigt werden, daß ein schnelles Auswechseln ermöglicht wird.The invention relates to a fastening device for working tools on excavators, with which different working tools, in particular backhoes and face shovels of different sizes, are fastened to an excavator in such a way that they can be exchanged quickly.
Bei Arbeiten an Baggern ist es erforderlich, für unterschiedliche Aufgaben die jeweiligen Arbeitswerkzeuge zu wechseln. Wie aus Figur 1 ersichtlich ist, weist das Arbeitswerkzeug 1 zwei Bolzen 2 auf. An diesen Bolzen 2 wird die Befestigung mit der Befestigungseinrichtung vorgenommen. Die Befestigungseinrichtung besteht aus dem Oberteil 3 und dem Unterteil 4, die gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind. Die gelenkige Verbindung wird durch das Lager 5 realisiert. Bei der Befestigung des Arbeitswerkzeuges 1 greifen die an dem Oberteil 3 und dem Unterteil 4 angebrachten Ausnehmungen in die Bolzen 2 des Arbeitswerkzeuges ein. Beim Zusammenklappen der beiden Teile des Arbeitswerkzeuges wird dadurch ein fester Sitz ermöglicht. Die Abmessungen sind dabei so gewählt, daß kurz vor dem vollständigen Zusammenklappen die Ausnehmungen an den Bolzen 2 fest anliegen. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß durch das Anziehen der Schraube 6 in Verbindung mit der Mutter 7 ein sicherer und straffer Sitz gewährleistet ist. Zwischen der Mutter 7 und der Schraube 6 ist im zusammengeklappten Zustand die Sicherungsplatte 8 eingeschwenkt.
