Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Reinigen der Zylinder in der Offset - Druckmaschine, die mit einem Gummituch bespannt sind, wobei vor jedem Gummituch ein Reinigungstuch über eine Wickelvorrichtung schrittweise vorbeigeflihrt wird. Ein doppeltes Düsensystem besprüht von hinten das Reinigungstuch wahlweise mit Reinigungsmittel oder mit Wasser. Offset - Druckmaschinen haben den Nachteil, daß sich die Druckfarbe auf das Papier übertragende Gummituches der Zylinder während des Drückens mit Farbresten und anderen Verunreinigungen wie z.B. Papierstaub verschmutzt und daß dadurch die Druckqualität leidet. Eine Reinigung der Gummitücher muß deshalb vorgenommen werden. Die landläufig bekannte Reinigungsart besteht darin, daß die Druckmaschine angehalten wird, um die verschmutzten Gummitücher von Hand mit Putztüchern und Reinigungsflüssigkeit zu waschen. Dieser zeit- und personalaufwendige Vorgang, der mehrmals während einer Schichtausgeführt werden muß,ergibt einen sehr hohen Produktionsausfall, da alle Druckwerke einzeln von Hand gereinigt werden müssen.The invention relates to a device for cleaning the cylinders in the offset printing machine, which are covered with a rubber blanket, whereby a cleaning cloth is guided step by step in front of each rubber blanket over a winding device. The commonly known method of cleaning consists in stopping the printing machine in order to wash the dirty rubber blankets by hand with cleaning cloths and cleaning fluid. This time-consuming and labor-intensive process, which has to be carried out several times during a shift, results in a very high loss of production, since all printing units have to be cleaned individually by hand.
Eine Kunsstoff beschichtete Metalleiste drückt das Reinigungstuch gegen das Gummituch. Ein in einem Metallkörper eingebetteter, aufblasbarer, elastischer Schlauch schiebt diese Metalleiste in den Arbeitsbereich vor das Gummituch. Da die Metalleiste über ihre Formgebung einen unverrückbaren Endanschlag hat, wird der Zustellweg genau angefahren. Das hat den Vorteil, daß selbst breite Kanäle in den Gummituchzylindern problemlos überbrückt werden können, z.B. bei Bogenoffsetmaschinen. Dieser so ablaufende Arbeitsvorgang kann während des Laufes der Maschine an allen Druckwerken gleichzeitig vorgenommen werden, ohne das Papier bedruckt wird, also kein Makulaturanfall ensteht. Dadurch, daß alle Druckwerke gleichzeitig gereinigt werden können, ergibt sich eine Zeitersparnis von großem Ausmaß ( ca. 80% ), die den Produktionsausfall erheblich mindert.A plastic-coated metal bar presses the cleaning cloth against the rubber blanket.
