Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsanlage für TreppenhäuserSmoke and heat extraction system for stairwells

Für mehrgeschossige Wohnungsbauten, vorzugsweise fur in Plattenbauweise industriell errichtete Häuser, ist es erforderlich, besondere Sicherheitsmaßnahmen für den Katastrophenfall vorzusehen. So sind Maßnahmen erforderlich, daß bei einem Brand oder anderweitiger Hitze oder Rauchentwicklung eine Möglichkeit vorhanden ist, Hitze und/oder Rauch nach oben über das Ende des Wohngebäudes fernbedient abzulassen. Des weiteren ist abzusichern, daß diese Sicherungsmaßnahme auch als Fluchtweg von den Bewohnern problemlos genutzt werden kann. Dazu wurde im Dach dieser Wohnungsbauten im Bereich des Treppenhauses eine Öffnung belassen.
Diese Öffnung gegen Witterungseinflüsse (Regen) zu verschließen, Wärmeverluste zu verhindern und eine Begehbarkeit für Wartungsund Reparaturarbeiten zu gewährleisten, wurde eine in der Ebene auf Schienen bewegliche Klappe angeordnet, die über einen durch alle Etagen geführten Seilzug zu betätigen war. Diese Klappen waren aus Holz und beiderseits mit Stahlblech verkleidet. Der Verschleiß durch Korrosion an den Klappen und an den Laufschienen war sehr groß, verbunden mit einem hohen Wartungsaufwand. Der Öffhungsmechanismus war sehr schwer zu bedienen und konnte einen sicheren Verschluß nicht gewährleisten. Die Folgen waren Wärmeverluste, starke Windgeräusche, sogar Funktionsausfall bei starker Korrosion.
