Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, daß die Menüschalen nach außen und unter den Menüschalenkammern
luftdicht verschloßen (versiegelt) werden, so daß die gewünschte Schwappsicherheit
bei jeglicher Handhabung und Transport gesichert ist. Die Entfernung der Heißsiegelfolie
ist bei Einhaltung der Verschließtechnologie rückstandfrei und problemlos. Der Einsatz der
Verschließvorrichtung schließt jedoch die übliche Behandlung der befüllten Menüschalen wie
das Regenerieren in Konvektomaten und Mikrowellengeräten nicht aus.

Nach dem Versiegeln wird der Pressvorgang abgeschlossen und die Vorrichtung kann wieder neubestückt werden.
