Description
Die Erfindung geht aus von einer rohrförmigen biegsamen Sonde zum Einführen
in den Magen, die eine Länge von 50 bis 70 cm und einen Außendurchmesser
von etwa 3 bis 9 mm aufweist, enthaltend mindestens ein durchgängiges Lumen
(5) mit Axialöffiiungen (3), wobei das distaie Ende (4) abgerundet ist.
Der Erfindung liegt die Erkenntnis zugrunde, daß nach Narkoseeinleitungen über
eine Beatmungsmaske sich Sauerstoff durch die Überdruckbeatmung angesammelt hat. Bei einer Beendigung der Narkose kann es durch diese
überschüssige Luft zu Erbrechen kommen und Mageninhalt kann über die Luftwege in die Lunge aspiriert werden. Dadurch kann es zu lebensbedrohlichen

The invention is based on the finding that after anesthesia is induced via a ventilation mask, oxygen has accumulated due to the positive pressure ventilation. When the anesthesia is terminated, this excess air can lead to vomiting and stomach contents can be aspirated into the lungs via the airways. This can lead to life-threatening conditions.
Die Erfindung löst die gestellte Aufgabe bei einer gattungsmäßigen rohrförmigen
biegsamen Sonde zum Einführen in den Magen dadurch, daß durch das Lumen
die überschüssige angesammelte Luft abgesaugt werden kann, ebenfalls noch im
Magen angesammelte Sekrete können über dieses Lumen abgesaugt werden.
Die im distalen Bereich angebrachten Axialöflhungen können beim Verstopfen
der abgerundeten Öf&iung deren Aufgabe übernehmen. Dadurch daß diese
Öffnungen innerhalb der Riefen liegen, ist ein Invaginieren der Magenschleimhaut
