Description
The invention relates to a structured composite panel, such as a wall or ceiling panel for interior construction and drywall construction. It is particularly suitable as a heat-insulating and sound-insulating building panel. The solution according to the invention can be used as a rigid or flexible building element due to the achievable appearance and the attractive decor, preferably where aesthetics and an attractive appearance are important.
A large number of laminated bodies, composite panels and building boards are known from practice and relevant literature, which are used as building materials both indoors and outdoors.
For example, various decorative panels are known for ceiling and wall cladding, where the profile of the visible surface has a wide variety of shapes and colors. DE OS 40 02 593 describes a profiled decorative panel with a layer of thermoplastic material with a wood pattern on the visible side. The profile cavity facing away from the visible side is filled with a plastic foam, for example, or with a plaster filling.
T. baubiologisch bedenklich und bedingen einen entsprechenden Abfall durch Verschneiden und Anpassen bei der Verarbeitung.DE OS 195 03 776 contains a composite panel that consists of two or more components, with a translucent carrier layer embedded in a wood veneer layer so that wood effects can be made visible. The processes described for producing such composite elements are labor-intensive and costly. The composite panels themselves are partly questionable from a building biology perspective and cause corresponding waste due to cutting and adjusting during processing.
The drywall panels known from practice, e.g. plasterboard, are given a protective coating or a corresponding decoration by being painted several times. This results in long drying times on the construction site. Additional work steps, such as filling and sanding, are necessary when using them, for example as wall panels. The plasterboard, which is partially treated to achieve decorative effects, requires, as stated, additional work steps.

The invention specified in claim 1 is based on the problem of creating a composite panel for interior construction and drywall construction that is biologically harmless and recyclable, can be processed without additional work steps and takes into account the individual requirements for design and color decor.
According to the invention, the problem is solved with the features of claim 1 in that the composite panel, such as wall and ceiling panels, for interior construction and drywall construction has at least two layers and is characterized by a solid or flexible carrier layer 1 made of natural and/or plastic materials, such as plasterboard, gypsum fiberboard, chipboard, wood veneer boards, cardboard, polystyrene foam boards, PVC boards and a structured, moisture-regulating cover layer 2, made of native and/or synthetic intertwined fibers, such as nettle, hemp, cotton, linen, polypropylene, polyester, polyamide and a mixture containing binding agents, dyes and water.
The invention achieves a biologically harmless, moisture-regulating, recyclable composite panel as a building board, which is easy to handle, can be processed without any problems and meets the high requirements in terms of individual design.
Further preferred details of the inventive concept are given in the subclaims 2 to 11 and the embodiment.
In an advantageous embodiment in claim 2, an additional layer of glue provides sufficient adhesion between the layers, in particular between the carrier layer and the cover layer. The applied coating neither detaches from the substrate nor falls off.
Die zum Einsatz kommenden Fasern quel-According to claims 3 to 6, the covering layer consists of a mixture of different native and/or synthetic fibers of different lengths and thicknesses, so that a decorative layer with corresponding effects is created. The fibers used swell
Temperature fluctuations in the rooms are balanced out by the top layer through the specific material structure, the high proportion of fibers and their anchoring, moisture is absorbed and released again. Condensation is absorbed by the top layer. The composite panel is therefore particularly suitable for use in damp rooms, such as bathrooms. It can be manufactured and processed individually. Color deviations, caused by the use of, for example, different natural fibers in the mixture, whose different lengths and degrees of anchoring give the composite panel its individual character, allow scope for the design of walls and ceilings.
Die Weiterbildung nach Anspruch 7 ermöglicht Kosteneinsparungen bei optimaler Gestaltung. The further training according to claim 7 enables cost savings with optimal design.
According to claim 8, the composite panel can be machined. It can be easily cut to size and lined up, with cut edges being invisible due to the non-uniform structure. Additional work steps such as sanding, filling and painting are eliminated, enabling more cost-effective processing.
According to claim 9, the composite panel is recyclable and meets the requirements for high economic efficiency when using renewable raw materials.
According to claim 10, a heat and sound insulating composite panel is achieved, i.e., the special structure of the cover or decorative layer, the high degree of fiber anchoring and the targeted selection of the carrier layer compensate for temperature fluctuations and maintain good thermal insulation properties. The composite panel according to the invention also has the ability to absorb sound.
The composite panel is flame-retardant according to claim 11 and complies with DIN standards.
Es zeigen:The invention will be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings. They show:

Fig. 2 eine perspektivische Darstellung der strukturierten Verbundplatte mit Verbindungsschicht Fig. 2 a perspective view of the structured composite panel with connecting layer
Figures 1 and 2 show the structured composite panel according to the invention, consisting of a carrier layer 1, cover layer 2 with or without a connecting layer.
B.rahmenlos verarbeitbar.A gypsum fiberboard 1 is coated with a mixture of cotton fibers of different fiber lengths, cell glue, dye, impregnating agent and water and then dried. This creates an elastic, moisture-regulating top layer with a structured surface 2. The composite board thus obtained can be used as a building board for dry construction, e.g. without a frame.
Je nach Auftragsstärke wird eine DeckschichtA plasterboard 1 pre-treated with white paint is provided with a cold glue layer 3 as a connecting layer. A top layer 2 made of a mixture of different native fibers, such as nettle, spun cotton, linen and hemp, preferably 5 mm long, a binding agent, green dye and water, is applied to this layer. The binding agent causes the natural fibers to intertwine and anchor tightly. The white paint also serves as a barrier layer for a different colored paint or color of the top layer. Depending on the thickness of the application, a top layer is applied.
von beispielsweise 2 mm erhalten.of, for example, 2 mm.
The composite panel, structured and dried in this way, can be scratched, for example, and can be attached to a wall using fastening elements such as special dowels, or processed into a coffered ceiling. The manufactured composite panels can be arranged in any order without making the joints visible. Grouting, as is usual with plasterboard, is not necessary. Short assembly times increase efficiency.
A top layer 2 is applied to a colored polystyrene foam board 1, made from a spreadable mass of intertwined polyamide fibers of approx. 2 mm in length and spun cotton fibers of approx. 4 mm in length with a fiber diameter of 15/0m, glue and water. The fiber content is 97%. After the top layer has dried, a structured, humidity-regulating and flame-retardant thermal insulation board is obtained, which serves as a panel material for further processing in dry construction and makes it possible to produce even smaller wall surfaces cost-effectively.
