Description
Wärmedämmendes, dampfabführendes und putztragendes Bauelement, insbesondere fur AußenwändeThermally insulating, steam-dissipating and plaster-bearing building element, especially for external walls
The invention relates to a heat-insulating, steam-dissipating and plaster-bearing construction element for cladding buildings, while simultaneously dissipating moisture currents occurring in the masonry.
A large number of solutions are already known for the production of wall elements, which are intended either for sound insulation or heat insulation. For example, OS DE 3901683 provides a wall element with improved sound insulation values. It consists of panels in a composite construction, in which one outer panel is connected to another outer panel via a framework frame. The interior spaces between the two outer panels are either empty or completely or partially filled with heat-insulating and sound-absorbing mineral fibers or mats. The disadvantage of this solution is that the evaporation behavior of the wall to be insulated was not taken into account. A lightweight building block PS 4409763 is also known, which consists of a rigid plastic foam with essentially flat hollow spaces inside. The cavities are arranged parallel to the outer surfaces in at least two levels and are spatially connected to one another in an outer level in a vertical and/or horizontal direction so that ventilation and mass savings are achieved. It is intended in particular for use in combination for thermally insulating infills in buildings. The disadvantage of this lightweight building block, due to the structural solution, is the different vapor permeability resistances, so that despite the desired vapor permeability, the remaining vapor diffusion resistance number is between fifteen and thirty. High production costs and limited variation options as well as the limited transport and assembly sensitivity also have a hindering effect on the solution.
Another heat-insulating, vapor-removing building element for flat roofs, walls or the like is described in OS DE 1811463. It consists of an insulation panel and an outer shell connected to it by spacers, so that channel-like cavities open to the sides are created. Apart from the manufacturing effort and the rather unstable construction, the solution can only be used for infill and is not suitable as a plaster base for the outer skin of a building.
In order to avoid the disadvantages mentioned, the invention has set itself the task of creating a building element that is not only simple and therefore inexpensive to manufacture, but also easy to install, as uneven walls can be easily compensated for, and which guarantees maximum evaporation behavior of the external walls at any time of year, taking into account the dew point of the respective material, especially in summer, so that the high vapor permeability resistance of the rigid foam panels used can be largely elementalized or adapted to the masonry by the structural solution.
According to the invention, the problem is solved by using known building materials, a plate-shaped upper part, for example made of expanded polystyrene, is firmly connected to an insulation board, for example made of fiber materials. The upper part has recesses such that all water vapor diffusing out of the masonry can be discharged. For assembly purposes, the upper part is provided with a groove on the front side and a tongue on the opposite side. The recesses at the connection point to the insulation board are therefore arranged lengthwise at regular intervals and are made in such a way that they have a sufficiently wide gap at the bottom, which is open over the entire length to absorb moisture, without changing the stability of the building elements. The cross section of the groove made on the front side is selected in such a way that, in addition to accommodating the tongue, it also serves as a cross channel or cross ventilation. The screw connections between the recesses are fixed using small grooves that also serve to increase the surface area. In addition to the high level of thermal insulation, the advantageous assembly, for example when leveling out unevenness on external walls, and the advantageous wall design that this enables, the particular advantage of the invention lies in the maximum ventilation of the facade, as the favorable vapor permeability of fiberboard is not inhibited by the rigid foam board, which is used as a plaster carrier, as the upper part, so that any condensation can escape and moisture is prevented from penetrating the masonry.
Es zeigen:An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. It shows:

According to Fig. 1, the building element consists of an upper part 1 made of expanded polystyrene and an insulation board 2 made of fibers. The upper part 1 and the insulation board 2 are firmly glued together. The upper part 1 is provided with longitudinal recesses 3 that serve as channels. The recesses 3 are designed in such a way that they all have a sufficiently wide gap 4 on the underside, as an interface to the insulation board 2, which is open to the insulation board over the entire length of the board, so that all water vapor diffusing out of the masonry is absorbed and discharged to the outside. The distance between the recesses 3 is selected in such a way that the stability of the building element is maintained and the necessary screw connections 5 for fastening the building elements do not lead to any weakening of the upper part 1.
As can be seen from Fig. 2, the small grooves 6 located centrally between the recesses 3 in the plaster base side of the upper part 1 serve both to fix the screws 5 to be inserted and to enlarge the surface and thus to provide a better hold for the construction adhesive.
According to Fig. 3, to facilitate the assembly of the upper part 1, which serves as a plaster support, the front side 7 is provided with a groove 8 and the opposite side 9 with a tongue 10. The cross section of the groove 8 is selected so that it simultaneously serves as a cross channel and thus as cross ventilation. Unevenness in the masonry is compensated for by the insulation board 2.
