Die Erfindung betrifft eine Flasche mit Zierkapsel, vorzugsweise eine Weinflasche aus Glas.The invention relates to a bottle with a decorative capsule, preferably a wine bottle made of glass.

Es ist bekannt, Flaschen, insbesondere Weinflaschen, nach dem Verschließen mit einem Korken zusätzlich mit einer Zierkapsel, z.B. nach DIN 5066, auszustatten. Es ist üblich, vor dem Entkorken einer mit einer Zierkapsel ausgestatteten Flasche den oberen Teil der Zierkapsel zu entfernen. Dazu muß der obere, zu entfernende Teil der Zierkapsel, z.B. durch einen umlaufenden Schnitt mit einem Messer, vom unteren Teil der Zierkapsel getrennt werden. Bei Flaschen mit einem glatten Hals bedarf es jedoch eines gewissen Geschicks oder entsprechender Übung, den Schnitt mit dem Messer so zu führen, daß Schnittanfang und -ende sich treffen. Nur dann läßt sich der obere Teil der Zierkapsel leicht entfernen. Bei Flaschen mit Bandmundstück nach DIN 6094, Teil 4, bieten Ober- bzw. Unterkante des Bandes zwar eine gewisse Führung für das Messer, jedoch ist diese Führung jeweils nur einseitig. Besonders vorteilhaft ist die Erfindung für Flaschen mit Bandmundstück, da die durch das Band erhöhte Wandstärke des Flaschenhalses durch die erfindungsgemäße Rille nur bereichsweise reduziert und damit die Festigkeit der Flasche praktisch nicht beeinträchtigt wird. Hinzu kommt, daß sich die Zierkapsel nicht bis in den Grund der Rille anlegt und somit ein kleiner Hohlraum zwischen Zierkapsel und Rillengrund bleibt. Unterhalb der Ausgußöffnung 2 befindet sich das Band 7, das eine Rille 5 mit etwa dreieckigem Querschnitt aufweist. Die Rille 5 befindet sich vorteilhafterweise in der oberen Hälfte 6 der Zierkapsel 4; deren Unterkante ist mit 3 bezeichnet.
