Bisher werden starre und flexible Mitralklappenrekonstruktionsringe (Carpentier bzw. Dabei stellt sich das Problem, das wegen der begrenzten Anzahl verfügbarer Ringe eine genaue Anpassung an die jeweiligen anatomtischen Verhältnisse nicht möglich ist. Der in Fig. 1 gezeigte Mitralklappenrekonstruktionsring besteht aus zwei gekrümmten Bügeln 10, 12 und zwei diese miteinander verbindenden Streben 14, 16.
