Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Schutz von Gebäuden vor Witterungseinflüssen und sie kann gleichzeitig während des Tages Strom erzeugen. Die Vorrichtung kann an Fassaden und auf dem Dach von Gebäuden und sonstigen Einrichtungen eingesetzt werden. Sie kann die äußeren Konturen von handelsüblichen Fassadenelementen, Dachsteinen oder Dachziegeln haben, wird jedoch aus unterschiedlichsten Materialien gefertigt. In diese Vorrichtungen sind Fotovoltaik - Solar - Module zur Gewinnung elektrischer Energie integriert. Der bei Tageslicht entstehende Strom wird über elektrische Leiteinrichungen und Verbindungselemente gesammelt und weiter geleitet.The invention relates to a device for protecting buildings from the effects of the weather and it can simultaneously generate electricity during the day. Die Nachteile der Fassadenelemente und Dachsteine aus Beton, Stein oder gebranntem Lehm haben die Nachteile, daß sie sehr stoßempfindlich sind, schnell Risse bekommen und allgemein sehr gering mechanisch belastbar sind. Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, eine Vorrichtung zu konstruieren, die auf Grund ihrer Form sowohl für Fassaden, als auch für Dächer genutzt werden kann und die auf Grund ihrer möglichen traditionellen Form in bestehende Fassadengestaltungen und in Dacheindeckungen integriert werden kann Sie kann auf Grund des verwendeten Materials, beispielhaft aus recyceltem Kunststoff, haltbarer sein als Betonteile oder gebrannte Bauteile. Sie soll den Austausch einzelner Fassaden, - und Dachelemente mit geringem Aufwand gestatten und der Austausch soll ähnlich wie das Wechseln einer Glühlampe einfach und von Jedermann machbar sein. Sie soll durch die Integration von Fotovoltaik - Solar - Modulen in die einzelnen Elemente zusätzlich Strom produzieren und alle diese Eigenschaften sollen in einem einzigen, schnell austauschbaren Teil enthalten sein. Sie soll durch die Kombination und Integration von Fotovoltaik - Solar - Modulen mit traditionellen Wetterschutzteilen ein austauschbares Fassaden- und Dachelement ergeben, daß die Kosten sowohl für Dacheindeckungen, als auch für die Stromerzeugung kostengünstiger macht. Sie soll zwei Aufgaben erfüllen. Das Gebäude soll vor Wätterungseinflüssen geschützt werden und es soll gleichzeitig bei Tageslicht Strom produziert werden. Durch die Massenproduktion und geringe Änderungen der Form sollen die Bauteile sowohl zur Fassadengestaltung, zur Dacheindeckung und Wandverkleidung, als auch zur Stromproduktion verwendet werden können.The object of the present invention is therefore to construct a device which, due to its shape, can be used for both facades and roofs and which, due to its possible traditional shape, can be integrated into existing facade designs and roof coverings. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß beispielhaft aus resyceltem Kunststoff oder anderen
Materialien Fassadenelemente mit den leicht veränderten äußeren Konturen traditioneller Fassadenelemente oder
Dachziegel gefertigt werden, in die Fotovoltaik - Solar - Module zur Gewinnung elektrischer Energie und
Elemente zur Ableitung des Stromes integriert sind. Weitere Einzelheiten sind aus den Zeichnungen Fig. 1, 2 und
3 ersichtlich.
Fig. 1. zeigt den Längsschnitt einer beispielhaften Form eines Solar - Fassadenelementes ( 1) mit integriertem
Fotovoltaik - Solar - Modul ( 2 ), mit Stromleitungen ( 3 ). mit lösbaren elektrischen Verbindungsteilen ( 4 )
zum Stromanschluß des einzelnen Solar - Dachsteines (1) und in diesem Fall eine äußere Kontur, die eine
traditionelle Befestigung an Trageelementen ( 5 ) erlaubt. Außerdem ist die mögliche Aussparung einer Druckausgleichsrinne
( 6 ) zum Ausgleich des Winddruckes und der Verschiebeschutz ( 9 ) dargestellt. Das Fotovoltaik Solar
- Modul ( 2 ) wird mit einem Wetterschutz (13) gegen mechanische Beschädigungen geschützt und ist mit
Hilfe von lösbaren Verbindungsmitteln ( 14 ) wasserdicht in dem Solar - Fassadenelement ( 1) eingebracht.
Fig 2. zeigt den Längsschnitt einer beispielhaften Form eines Solar - Fassadenelementes ( 1) mit integriertem
Fotovoltaik- Solar - Modul (2), mit Schiebehalterung (18), Schraube (17 ) mit Stromleitungen (3 ).
Berührungskontaktstellen ( 8 ) zum Stromanschluß des einzelnen Solar - Fassadenelementes ( 1) · Eine
Spannungs,- und Halteschiene übernimmt die Aufgabe der Trageelemente und leitet gleichzeitig den Strom über
Kontaktschienen (15) ab. und in diesem Fall eine äußere Kontur, die eine sturmgesicherte Befestigung an
Dachleitschienen (7 ) erlaubt. Die Fig. 1 bis 3 zeigen bevorzugte Ausfiihrungsformen von Solar - Fassadenelementen (1). Diese Bauteile erfüllen zwei Funktionen. Sie schützen das mit ihm versehene Gebäude vor Wind und Wetter und produzierten gleichzeitig Strom. Die einzelnen Bauteile sind diesen Funktionen zugeordnet. Der Bereich des Fotovoltaik - Solar - Moduls (2) kann in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform so in die Form des Solar - Fassadenelementes (1) eingebracht werden, daß ein Austausch des Fotovoltaik - Solar - Moduls (2 ) möglich ist. Zum Schutz vor Witterungseinflüssen und mechanischer Beschädigung ist ein äußerer mechanischer Schutz (13) vorgesehen. Das Fotovoltaik - Solar - Modul. ( 2 ) kann lösbaren und unlösbaren Mitteln (14 ) in dem Solar - Fassadenelement ( 1 ) eingebracht sein. Falls ein Solarmodul defekt ist, kann das übrige Bauteil mit einem neuen Fotovoltaik - Solar Modul. ( 2 ) bestückt werden und ist so wieder einsetzbar.
