Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Bremsscheibe nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a brake disc according to the preamble of claim 1.

Die mit der Erfindung hauptsächlich erzielten Vorteile bestehen darin, daß eine metallische Beschichtung aus einer Chromcarbid-Schicht besteht, welche auf den Reibflächen der Bremsscheibe einen optimalen Korrosionsschutz bilden, D.h. bei einem Nichtgebrauch des Fahrzeugs weisen die Reibflächen keine Rostschicht mehr auf, da die Chromcarbid-Schicht diese verhindert. Desweiteren wird über die Beschichtung keine ungünstige Beeinflussung des Reibwertverhaltens der Bremsscheibe sowie des Rißverhaltens bewirkt.
