Die Erfindung betrifft eine Handhabe der im Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 genannten Art.The invention relates to a handle of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1.

Chirurgische Instrumente mit bewegbaren Operationselementen sind in vielfältigen Bauformen bekannt, so z.B. Scheren, Zangen, Instrumente mit zum Schneiden bewegten Messern, Haken od. dgl. sowie Instrumente mit bewegten hochfrequenzbeaufschlagten Schneid- oder Koagulationselektroden. Die bewegten Scherenbranchen, Zangenbranchen, Messer, Elektroden u. dgl. solcher Instrumente werden im folgenden als bewegbare Operationselemente bezeichnet. Dabei können die Operatioüselemente unmittelbar an der Handhabe angeordnet sein, wie z.B. bei einfachen Scheren nach Art einer Haushaltsschere. Für endoskopische Zwecke können die Operationselemente am distalen Ende eines längeren Schaftes vorgesehen sein, an dessem proximalem Ende die Handhabe sitzt. Das Betätigungsgetriebe weist dann Gelenke und eine den Schaft durchlaufende Betätigungsstange oder einen Zugdraht auf.
