Folding box and material cut for the production of a Folding box

The invention relates to a folding box which is formed from at least one material blank, which material blank has several wall parts which are connected to one another via a bending edge or similar deformation aid.

The invention also relates to a material blank for producing such a folding box.

Folding boxes of the type mentioned above are already known in a wide variety of designs in order to be able to transport and store a wide variety of commercial goods in such packaging. These folding boxes are usually no longer usable by the user after they have been opened and the product has been put into use, so that large quantities of these folding boxes are constantly being disposed of.

The task is therefore to create a folding box of the type mentioned at the beginning, which serves at least one further purpose in addition to its original function as packaging.

The solution to this problem according to the invention in the packaging of the type mentioned at the beginning consists in particular in that at least one play molded part is provided on at least one wall part of the material blank, the outer contours of which are limited by a perforation, an embossed line or similar break-out punching for removing the play molded part from the material blank.

The solution according to the invention for the material cut of the type mentioned at the beginning consists in particular in that at least one toy molded part is provided on at least one wall part of the material cut, the outer contours of which are limited by a perforation, an embossed line or similar break-out punch for removing the toy molded part from the material cut. It is advantageous if the material cut consists of paper, cardboard or carton.

Further features of the invention emerge from the following description of embodiments according to the invention in conjunction with the claims and the drawing. The individual features can be implemented individually or in combination in an embodiment according to the invention.

Figures 1 and 2 show two folding boxes 1 which are folded from a single piece of material. The piece of material, which is usually made of paper, cardboard or carton,

Play molded parts 4 are provided on at least one wall part 3a of the material blank, the outer contours of which are limited by a break-out punch 5 for removing the play molded parts 4 from the material blank.

The play molded parts 4 are connected in one piece to the edge area of the material cut that surrounds the molded parts and to each other via a few connecting bars that are not shown here. These connecting bars, which should only have a thickness of 5 0.1 to 0.3 mm, can be easily and conveniently cut out of

The play molded parts 4 of the folding boxes 1 shown in Figures 1 and 2 are already pre-stamped in the wall part 3a of the material blank in their assembled 0 arrangement to form the overall representation.

The material cut folded into the folding box 1 is glued in the area of the bending edge 2a in Figure 2. For this purpose, an adhesive tab 7 is provided on the wall part 3b facing away from the wall part 3a, which is fixed to the wall part 3a in the area of the bending edge 2a. The wall part 3a itself can, for example, be easily releasably fixed to the adjacent outer wall part 3c with an adhesive point on its edge area facing away from the bending edge 2a.

Figure 3 shows another folding box 1 in a modified embodiment compared to Figures 1 and 2. The

interesting overall presentation. The folding box 1 shown in Figure 3 therefore has a purpose that goes beyond its original packaging function.

Folding box (1) which is folded from at least one material blank, which material blank has a plurality of wall parts (3) which are connected to one another via a bending edge (2) or similar deformation aid, characterized in that at least one toy molded part (4) is provided on at least one wall part (3a) of the material blank, the outer contours of which are delimited by a perforation, an embossed line or similar break-out punching P (5) for detaching the toy molded part (4) from the material blank. 2. Folding box according to claim 1, characterized in that the toy molded parts (4) can be put together to form a puzzle game and that the toy molded parts have outer contours that are adapted to one another. 3. Folding box according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the play molded part(s) (4) is (are) provided on at least one wall part (3a) forming an outer wall of the folding box (1). ™ 4.
