Die Erfindung betrifft ein Formwerkzeug mit Beschichtung aus einer Hartschicht.The invention relates to a molding tool with a coating made of a hard layer.
Unter einem Formwerkzeug oder Umformwerkzeug wird ein Spritzgießwerkzeug, ein Preßwerkzeug, ein Ziehwerkzeug, ein Stanzwerkzeug oder dergleichen verstanden. Eine Hartschicht in Form einer Nitridschicht wird im Lichtbogen aufgebracht und dient dem Verschleißschutz. In vielen Fällen ist bei der Bewegung der Werkzeuge ein Gleiteffekt oder Schmiereffekt erwünscht, der durch die Hartschicht verhindert wird.A molding tool or forming tool is understood to be an injection molding tool, a pressing tool, a drawing tool, a punching tool or the like. Eine besonders dauerhafte Gleitschicht wird durch eine Weichbeschichtung aus Wolframdisulfid erzielt.A particularly durable sliding layer is achieved by a soft coating made of tungsten disulfide.

Das Ausführungsbeispiel stellt ein Formwerkzeug 1 dar. Der Kern 2 des Formwerkzeugs 1 ist mit einer Hartschicht 3 in Form einer Nitridschicht versehen. Auf die Hartschicht 3 ist eine Weichbeschichtung 4 unter Druck auf oder in die Oberfläche implantiert. Wolframdisulfid wird in Pulverform unter Druck aufgebracht oder aufgetragen und fügt sich fest auf die Hartschicht. Dadurch bleibt der Verschleißschutz durch die Hartschicht voll wirksam. Außerdem wird die Reibung herabgesetzt, so daß das Formwerkzeug bei der Bewegung an den Gegenstücken und den Formteilen keinen Verschleiß verursacht. Entsprechend kann auch ein Um formwerkzeug ausgebildet sein.The embodiment represents a molding tool 1.
