Containers for collecting donated, recyclable goods or recyclable materials

The innovation relates to a container for collecting donated, recyclable goods or recyclable materials that can be placed in it, with the goods being placed in a transport bag located inside the container body.

A design of a similar container is shown in the German utility model G 920 1978.

The practical difficulties of handling containers of this type have made it necessary to design a new design that ensures that items do not get wet during transport and repeated reloading. Textiles that have become wet are worth only a fraction of their original value.

In addition, textiles should not be subjected to mechanical stress, as this could damage them or disturb the bags in which they are packed. It is particularly important that items of clothing that belong together are found together in one bag when they are sorted. The recycling of used textiles has now become an important industry. There is a great demand for these items in the Third World. Sorting companies are opening everywhere that buy, sort and then sell textiles of this type. Only a careful combination of known and new properties can solve this problem.

Another aspect is that gang thefts are increasing and that children are being taught to climb into these types of containers and steal things. This causes significant economic losses.

The aim of the innovation is to avoid the aforementioned disadvantages, to make it easier for the donor to fill such containers, to store the collected goods in the container in a way that is absolutely safe from theft, and to ensure that the collected goods cannot become damp either inside the container or during transport from the container to the sorting and collection companies.

This object is achieved by the innovation through the combination of the features according to claim 1.

The lid can be lifted off with a mobile crane, the transport bag can be sealed to prevent moisture, and loaded onto collection vehicles.

A new transport bag is hung in the container and then set up again.

The dimensions of the insertion tube can be designed so that neither children nor adults can reach through the insertion tube and grab a bag filled with collected goods.

The features of claim 4 are advantageous embodiments which can be developed by the features of claims 5, 6 and 7.

Claim 8 enables a significant increase in storage space and an increase in critical distances and thus improved theft protection.

This is also achieved with claim 9, which prevents a bag that has entered the container from being retrieved again.

Fig. 1 , the external view of the container for collecting donated, recyclable goods. The break edge separates the perspective part of the container body 2 from the view into the interior of the container. A stable sports bag 1 is suspended inside the container body 2 on the underside of a curved lid 4. The container body 2 is formed by a tube 3 that is open at the top and closed at the bottom by a base 26 .

An insertion tube 5 , through which the goods packed in bags 25 are to be pushed into the interior of the container from the dispenser, is approximately rectangular in cross-section, with the lower boundary 6 running approximately in the opening plane 7 of the transport bag 1. The inlet opening 9 of the insertion tube 5 is arranged outside the walls of the container body 2.

A crane hook eye 16 is attached outside the cross-section center on the upper side 15 of the cover 4 in order to keep the center of gravity approximately in the cross-section center.

In the entrance area 11 of the insertion tube 5, a drop flap 12 passing transversely through the latter is suspended on a hinge axis 12a .

The bag 25 pushed into the entrance opening 9 by the dispenser keeps the drop flap 12 open until it has passed the spring-loaded flaps 14 and has fallen into the transport bag over the downwardly inclined discharge edge 28 equipped with prongs 29 or barbs . Thieves can no longer have the bags stolen by children or remove them themselves using instruments, as has often happened in the past.

Fig. 2 shows a view from above without the lid 4 of the container body 2 with a cross-section deviating from the circular shape and approximately egg-shaped. This creates additional storage space and, in particular, increases the distance between the drainage edge and the inner wall 33 and thus prevents blockages.

The greater the distance between the entrance opening 9 and the discharge edge 28, the smaller the possibility that children's arms can reach the goods to be stolen by reaching into the insertion tube 5.

Fig. 3 shows the lid 4 with the balancing weights 20 attached to the underside, the off-center arrangement of the crane eye 16 on the upper side 15 of the lid 4, the suspension 35 for the transport bag 1 on the underside of the lid 4. The transport bag 1 consists of a particularly strong outer part 24 and the moisture-tight inner bag part 34 which accommodates the bags 25 .

Fig. 4 shows the view of the exit area and the spring-loaded flaps 14 with their tension springs 30 , as well as the discharge edge 28 with its teeth and barbs 29 , which prevent the bags 25 from moving in the direction of the inlet opening 9.

Container for collecting donated, recyclable goods or valuable materials that can be placed therein, the goods being placed in a transport bag (1) located inside the container body (2) which forms a tube (3) that is closed at the bottom and open at the top, characterized in that the transport bag (1) is suspended below a lid (4 ) that closes the tube (3) at the top and an insertion tube (5) is also attached to the lid, the lower edge (6) of which is arranged approximately in the opening plane (7) of the transport bag (1). 2. Container according to claim 1, characterized in that the insertion tube (5) has an inlet opening (9) located outside the wall (8) of the container (2) and extends transversely through the container body (2) to the cross-sectional center (10) or beyond, and has a drop flap (12) opening in the insertion direction in its inlet region (11 ) and one or more resilient flaps (14) in the inner outlet region (13) . 3. Container according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the lid (4) has on its upper side (15) a crane hook eye (16) which is arranged off-center. 4. Container according to one or more of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the lid (4) forms a rain roof (17) covering the entrance opening (9). 5. Container according to one or more of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the cover (4) with its edge region (18) forms an overhang (19) on all sides. 6. Container according to one or more of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the cover (4) has devices for fastening balancing weights (20) on its inner side opposite the inlet opening (9). 7. Container according to one or more of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that holding loops (22) extend from the end region (21) of the transport bag (1). 8. Container according to one or more of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the container body (2) has an egg-shaped cross-section (23) deviating from the circular shape. .9. Container according to one or more of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the lower boundary of the insertion tube (5) has teeth and/or barbs (29) in its inner end region and is inclined downwards to the discharge edge (28). 10. Container according to one or more of claims 1 to 9j, characterized in that the transport bag (1) is double-walled and the outer wall (24) and the inner wall (34) are made of water-impermeable, wear-resistant and tensile-resistant material and the opening can be closed by a cover (36).
