Toilettenbürsten werden zur Reinigung von WC- Becken eingesetzt. Beim Reinigen wird häufig separat ein Reinigungs- und/oder Desinfektionsmittel aus einer Flasche zugegeben (z. B. Durch Entfernen des Schraubverschlusses (2) wird der Hohlraum (7) im Innern der Toilettenbürste geöffnet und das Reinigungs- und/oder Desinfektionsmittel (8) kann eingefüllt werden. Der Pumpbalg (3) liegt Außen um den Handstiei (4) und besteht aus flexibelem Material (Gummie oder Kunststoff). Am Schraubverschluß (2) befindet sich ein Ventil (1) das nach Loslassen des Pumpbalgs (3) Luft in diesen einströmen läßt. Bei betätigen verschließt sich das Ventiel (1) und durch den nun aufgebauten Luftdruck wird die Reinigungs- und/oder Desinfektionslösung durch mindesten ein Überdruckventil (6) nach Außen auf die Borsten (5) befördert. Das Überdruckventil (6) ist so konstruiert, daß es nach dem Betätigen des Pumpbalges (3) die Reinigungs- und/oder Desinfektionslösung im Innern des Hohlraumes (7) zurückbehält und ein Auslaufen verhindert.By removing the screw cap (2), the cavity (7) inside the toilet brush is opened and the cleaning and/or disinfectant (8) can be filled in.
