Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Gewebe aus Naturfasern zum Einsatz im Landschaftsbau, Gartenbau, Tiefbau und Wasserbau. Es kann z.B. zur Sicherung von Oberboden an Böschungen gegen Abrutschen und Abschwemmen, zur Sicherung der Uferbereiche an Bächen und Seen oder zum Schutz von Bäumen im unteren Stammbereich gegen Verdunsten oder mechanische Beschädigungen eingesetzt werden. Böschungsschutz - Uferschutz - und Baumschutz - Vorrichtungen sind seit vielen Jahren bekannt und werden aus Reisigbündeln hergestellt, oder als Kunststofibinder, Kunststoflhüllen o.a. angeboten. Ferner ist ein Böschungsband aus 100 % Kokosgam bekannt ( Europäisches Patent Nr. 0191 793 ).The invention relates to a fabric made of natural fibers for use in landscaping, horticulture, civil engineering and hydraulic engineering. Die Nachteile der bisher verwendeten Materialien bestehen entweder darin, daß sie nur mit hohem Kostenaufwand und nur saisonbedingt angewendet werden können ( Reisigbündel ), aus unverottbarem Kunststoff bestehen oder 100 % aus Kokosgam in Kette und Schuß, welches die Gewebe für die vielfaltigen Anwendungszwecke zu unflexibel und nicht genügend haltbar macht. Aus ökologischen und ökonomischen Gründen ist es unbedingt erforderlich, in sensiblen Bereichen, wie z.B. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die vorstehend genannten Nachteile der bekannten Sicherungs - und Schutz - Vorrichtungen zu beseitigen und ein textiles Gewebeband zu schaffen, das einfach in der Herstellung und sicher in der Wirkungsweise ist, eine lange Lebensdauer und hohe Umweltverträglichkeit hat. Diese Aufgaben werden durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale der Schutzansprüche 1-4 gelöst, indem das Allzweck - Kokos - Band aus einem textlien Flächengebilde, insbesondere aus einem Gewebe das zu 100 % aus reinen Naturfasern, also nachwachsenden Rohstoffen hergestellt ist. Dabei werden entweder in der Kett - oder in der Schußrichtung Kokosgarne und in der jeweils anderen Richtung Fäden aus Aloegarn, Hanfgarn, Sisalgarn oder aus einem anderen Naturfaserprodukt eingesetzt. Diese Webart aus zwei verschiedenen Garnarten gewährleistet eine hohe Zugfestigkeit bei gleichzeitiger großer Flexibilität in der jeweils gewünschten Richtung, je nachdem, in welcher Art und Weise die Game eingesetzt sind. Das Gewebe ist bedingt UV - und wetterbeständig, Von hoher Lebensdauer und verrottet nach Erfüllung seiner Aufgabe nach einigen Jahren zu Humus, ohne schädliche oder störende Rückstände zu hinterlassen.The invention is based on the object of eliminating the above-mentioned disadvantages of the known safety and protection devices and of creating a textile fabric tape that is easy to manufacture and safe in its operation, has a long service life and is highly environmentally friendly. Ein erfindungsgemäßes Allzweck - Kokosband bereitet in der Herstellung keine Schwierigkeiten. Die Kosten sind gering. Das verwendete Naturfasermaterial besteht aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen und kann jederzeit beschafft werden. Die Struktur und Farbe passen sich der Landschaft an bzw. bei Verwendung als Böschungssicherung paßt sich das Gewebeband durch seine hohe Flexibilität den Unebenheiten des Geländes an. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil ist die Verwendung von Aloegarn entweder alsSchuß -: ode^Kettgarn. Da die Aloegame, Hanf un4Sisalgarne in der Ausführung 2407 260 lfm / kg eine ähnlich hohe Reißfestigkeit wie das Kokosgam bieten ( ca. 25 kg ), dabei aber wesentlich dünner sind, bewirkt die Einwebung des Aloegams, eine sehr viel größere Flexibilität des Gewebes in Längs - oder Querrichtung, je nach Art der Verwendung ( als Schuß - oder Kettgarn ).The all-purpose coconut fabric consists of a natural fiber fabric strip of defined width and length.
