Description
Sandwich Platte für Boden-, Wand- Decken- und Möbel-Konstruktionen im
Innenbereich dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
diese Platte eine hohe Festigkeit bei minimalem Gewicht erreicht,
- sie aus natürlichen Materialien besteht, wenig Energie bei der Herstellung
benötigt und zu 100% recyclebar bzw. biologisch abbaubar ist
- sie einen guten Wärmedämmwert erreicht und schwer entflammbar ist
- sie ein hohes mechanisches Schlagdämpfverhalten aufweist, da sie
elastisch ist.
- sie eine extrem abriebfeste strukturierte Oberfläche aufweist, die zudem
wasserabweisend ist
- sie preiswert in der Herstellung ist.
Der im Schutzanspruch 1 angegebenen Erfindung liegt Folgendes zugrunde:
Um eine Platte mit großer Stabilität bei gleichzeitiger Isolierwirkung zu erzielen,
wurde bislang auf Schaumplatten aus PU, PVC oder Polystyrol zurückgegriffen, um den nötigen Lufteinschluß bei vertretbarem Gewicht zu erreichen.
Für stabilere Konstruktionen (z.B. Trennwände etc.) müssen diese Schaumplatten
beidseitig laminiert werden. Meistens weden hierfür dünnwandige Kunststoff- oder
Metallplatten verwendet. Diese Konstruktionen haben alle folgenden Nachteile:
Alle genannten meist verwendeten Schaumstoffe sind nicht umweltfeundlich, da
sie sowohl bei der Herstellung als auch bei der Entsorgung Umweltgifte abgeben.
Der Energieaufwand bei der Herstellung ist beträchtlich. Dieses trifft in gleicher
Weise auf Laminate aus Kunststoff oder Metall (nur Energie) zu.
Meine Konstruktion stellt in einigen Bereichen auch eine Alternative zu
Holzwerkstoffen dar,vor allem wenn ökologische Aspekte eine Rolle spielen.
Speziell der Einsazt als Fußbodenplatte z.B. in Kinderzimmern ist ideal:
1. das Verletzungsrisiko wird minimiert (hohes Schlagdämpfverhalten der Platte)
2. durch das Luftpolster wird der Boden wärmer
3. die Platten sind sehr robust
Auch zum Einsatz im Messe- und Prototypenbau ist das Material prädestiniert, da
es sich leicht be- und ausarbeiten (z.B. Schriftzüge) läßt und zu 100% recycle- bzw. kompostierbar ist.
Claims (1)
- Schuztansprüche:Konstruktions - und Isolierplatte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte aus einem Kern bienenwabenförmiger Pappe (A) besteht. Diese Waben sind beidseitig mit Graupappe (B) von 1mm Stärke beschichtet, (mit Caseinkleber verklebt)Auf diese Konstruktion ist beidseitig ein Gewebe (C) (ca. 63g/qm) vorzugsweise aus Hanf - oder Flachsfaser mit dem gleichen Caseinkleber aufgeklebt.Auf das Gewebe wird mit einer Spritzpistole oder mit dem Pinsel die Beschichtung (D), die aus folgenden Komponenten besteht, aufgebracht:
- Korkkleber 62% - Baumwollflocken 8% - Wasser 10% - Quarzmehl 15% - Farbpigmente ca. 5% Um die Stabilität (auf Kosten des Dämm wertes) zu erhöhen, kann die Wabenpappe auch weggelassen b.z.w. durch weitere Schichten der Graupappe ersetzt werden.
