Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Signalsäule mit mehreren, im wesentlichen gleich aufgebauten Signalelementen und mit einem Anschlußelement, über das die elektrische Stromversorgung der Signalelemente erfolgt.The invention relates to a signal column with several signal elements of essentially the same structure and with a connection element via which the electrical power supply of the signal elements is provided.
Eine gattungsgemäße Signalsäule ist aus der DE 195 13 983 Al bereits bekannt. Die Signalsäule besteht hier aus mehreren, ihrer Bauart nach gleichen und übereinander angeordneten Signalelementen. Zur Anbindung einer solchen Signalsäule an ein Bussystem muß nach derzeitigem Stand der Technik eine Ankopplung an das Bussystem über Koppelmodule erfolgen. Die Verkabelung ist wie bei der konventionellen Einspeisung über das Anschlußelement erforderlich. Für jedes Signalelement wird eine 24 V-Speiseleitung benötigt. Alle Signalelemente einer Signalsäule müssen einzeln am Anschlußelement über 0 Schraubklemmen mit der Speiseleitung verbunden werden, was vom Montageaufwand her sehr aufwendig ist.A signal column of this type is already known from DE 195 13 983 Al. FIG 1 zeigt eine Signalsäule 1, die im wesentlichen aus mehreren Signalelementen 2, einem Adaptermodul 3 und einem Anschlußelement 4 aufgebaut ist. Die Signalelemente 2 sind gleich aufgebaut. Sie bestehen aus einem topfförmigen Gehäuse, weisen jeweils einen Signalgeber, z.B. eine Glühlampe und Verbindungsleitungen auf. Sie lassen sich in beliebiger Reihenfolge durch Bajonettverbindung mechanisch koppeln, wobei durch die damit verbundene Drehung die Verbindungsleitungen des einen Signalelements 2 mit Verbindungsleitungen des angebundenen anderen Signalelementes kontaktieren. In gleicher Weise läßt sich auch das unterste Signalelement 2 mit dem Anschlußelement 4 mechanisch und elektrisch verbinden. Dadurch ist jedes Signalelement 2 bis zum obersten Signalelement durchkontaktiert. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsform gemäß FIG 1 ist zwischen das unterste Signalelement 2 und das Anschlußelement 4 das Adaptermodul 3 eingebaut, welches sich, in seiner äußeren Bauform sowie hinsichtlich der mechanischen und elektrischen Ankopplungsmittel nicht von den Signalelementen 2 unterscheidet und somit ohne Veränderung, d.h. ohne zusätzliche Anpassung der Signalelemente 2 und des Anschlußelements 4 in die Signalsäule 1 integrierbar ist. Das Adaptermodul 3 ist mit einem Kommunikationsbaustein 5 gemäß FIG 2 versehen, z.B. einem bekannten Aktuator-Sensor-Interface-Modul (siehe das Aktuator-Sensor-Interface für die Automation von Werner Kiesel, Otto W. Madelung, 1994, Carl Hanser Verlag München - Wien). Der Kommunikationsbaustein 5 dient 0 zur Kommunikation mit einer entfernt gelegenen Master-Baugruppe. Hierzu ist an das Anschlußelement 4 z.B. eine Zweidrahtleitung anschließbar, über die gemeinsam der Daten- und Energietransfer zum Kommunikationsbaustein 5 erfolgt.
