Wenn somit die jeweiligen Versorgungskanäle 9 in einer zeitlichen Aufeinanderfolge mit dem unter Druck gesetzten Medium beaufschlagt werden, tritt aus den Düsen einer jeweiligen Reihe in einer zeitlichen Aufeinanderfolge das unter Druck gesetzte Medium aus und trifft auf die von dem Bügel umschlossenen Zähne und Zahnfleisch, wodurch eine Reinigung der Zähne und gleichzeitig eine wirksame Massage des Zahnfleisches ermöglicht wird.
