Die Erfindung betrifft eine Welle-Nabeverbindung, wobei die Nabe auf ihrem Innendurchmesser mindestens eine axial verlaufende Feder aufweist, wobei der Fußdurchmesser der Nabe etwa dem Durchmesser der Welle entspricht.The invention relates to a shaft-hub connection, wherein the hub has at least one axially extending spring on its inner diameter, wherein the base diameter of the hub corresponds approximately to the diameter of the shaft.
Die Nabe kann hierbei Teil eines Zahnrades sein, das mit der Welle in Verbindung gebracht werden soll. Eine Welle-Nabeverbindung der eingangs genannten Art ist aus der DE-OS 26 41 879 bekannt. Hierbei weist die Welle tangential verlaufende Nuten auf, wobei die Nabe mit einer Keilnabenverzahnung versehen ist. Beim Aufpressen der Nabe mit der Keilnabenverzahnung auf die Welle mit den tangentialen Nuten wird erreicht, daß durch die Keilnabenverzahnung und daß das durch die Keilnaben verdrängte Material in die Nuten hineingepreßt wird. Das heißt, daß die tangential verlaufenden Nuten der Welle dazu dienen, das Material aufzunehmen, das durch die Zähne der Nabe verdrängt wird.The hub can be part of a gear that is to be connected to the shaft. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Welle im Bereich der Aufnahme der Nabe eine glatte Oberfläche aufweist. Das heißt, daß hierbei die Nabe mit der axial verlaufenden Feder auf die glatte Welle aufgetrieben werden kann, und dann nach dem Auftreiben der Nabe auf die Welle eine formschlüssige Welle-Nabeverbindung besteht. Hieraus wird ersichtlich, daß mit einer derartigen Nabe beliebige Wellen beispielsweise mit Zahnrädern versehen werden können.The object is achieved according to the invention in that the shaft has a smooth surface in the area where the hub is received. Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß ein Freiwinkel entsteht, der bewirkt, daß die Schneide beim Eintreiben auf die Welle auf der Länge nicht anfängt, sich festzufressen. Damit die Nabe am eintriebsseitigen Ende konisch verjüngend zuläuft, weist die Nabe am eintriebsseitigen Ende einen Spannring auf. Dieser Spannring ist hierbei derart auf die Nabe aufgepreßt, daß sich durch eine elastische Verformung ein konischer Verlauf der Nabe ergibt.According to a further feature of the invention, the cross-section of the hub is tapered conically on the input side. Gemäß Figur 1 besteht die insgesamt mit 1 bezeichnete Welle-Nabeverbindung aus der Welle 2 und der insgesamt mit 3 bezeichneten Nabe. Die Nabe selbst besitzt auf ihrem eintriebsseitigen Ende eine umlaufende Schulter 4, auf die der Spannring 10 aufgepreßt ist. Der mit 10 bezeichnete Spannring ist L-förmig ausgebildet, wobei der auf die Welle zugerichtete Schenkel 11 des Spannringes 10 eine radiale Erstreckung aufweist, die etwa dem Durchmesser der Welle 2 entspricht. Darüber hinaus besitzt der Spannring 10 den horizontal verlaufenden Schenkel 12, der auf der Schulter der Nabe 3 aufsitzt. Der Schenkel 11 des Spannringes 10 bildet zusammen mit dem Schenkel 12 eine Nut 20 zur Aufnahme des von der Feder 30 abgenommenen Spanes (Fig. 2).
