Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bauplatte mit Randprofllierung. Bauplatten bestehen aus verschiedenen Werkstoffen. Die Bauplatten können fur unterschiedliche Zwecke eingesetzt werden. In der Regel dienen die Bauplatten als Schalldämmung und/oder Wärmedämmung. Es werden aber auch Bauplatten als Wanderverkleidungsplatten für eine Anbringung von Fliesen verwendet.The invention relates to a building board with edge profiling. Häufig erfolgt die Herstellung aus sogenannten nachexpandierbaren Schaumstoffperlen durch Bildung von Formkörpern oder durch die Extrusion von Kunststoffschaumplatten. Bei der Formkörperherstellung werden relativ kleinvolumige Schaumstoffperlen zunächst mit einem Treibmittel beladen und anschließend in eine Form gegeben, um dort mit Hilfe von Heißdampf eine Erwärmung der Schaumstoffperlen zu bewirken. Der Heißdampf dringt zwischen den Schaumstoffperlen durch und bewirkt über die Erwärmung ein Expandieren der Perlen. Durch das Expandieren schließen sich die Hohlräume zwischen den Schaumstoffperlen und mit zunehmendem Druck findet eine Ausfüllung der Form und eine Sinterung zwischen den Schaumstoffperlen statt. Die Sinterung bewirkt eine Verbindung der Schaumstoffperlen. In der Form entsteht der Formkörper, z.B. als Platte mit Dicken zwischen 40 und 140 mm. Das gilt vor allem fur Dicken größer 1 mm und Breiten größer 3 mm.
