Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gewebeeckleiste, wie sie im Maler- und Mauererhandwerk bei Putzarbeiten verwendet wird und aus Plastematerial besteht.The invention relates to a fabric corner strip, as used in painting and masonry work for plastering and made of plastic material.
Die bekannten Eckleisten haben nur innenliegende Verstärkungen und ihre Schenkel sind außen mit dem Einbettungsgewebe versehen. Ihre Verarbeitung ist sehr aufwendig, denn sie müssen nach der Einlage in den frischen Mörtel mit einer Eckenkelle scharfkantig gezogen werden. Dasgleiche wiederholt sich im Anschluß mit dem aufgebrachten Oberputz.The well-known corner strips only have reinforcements on the inside and their legs are provided with the embedding fabric on the outside. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Gewebeeckleiste ist deshalb eine Schutzkante an den Eckpunkten der Schenkel außen angebracht und das Einbettungsgewebe befindet sich auf der Innenseite der Schenkel. Vorteilhafterweise sind die Schenkel mit Aussparungen versehen, durch diese sich der Putz drücken kann, was wiederum zu größerer Festigkeit führt. Die Dicke der Schenkel nimmt von ihren Eckpunkten zu den Kanten hin ab, wodurch ein ebener Anschluß an die weitere Putzfläche erreicht wird. Darüberhinaus sind verschiedene Varianten der erfindungsgemäßen Gewebeeckleiste in der Hinsicht möglich, daß die Schenkel rechtwinklig, spitzwinklig oder stumpfwinklig zueinander stehen.In the fabric corner strip according to the invention, a protective edge is therefore attached to the corners of the legs on the outside and the embedding fabric is located on the inside of the legs. Als weitere Vorteile ergeben sich bei Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Gewebeeckleiste, daß nach ihrer Einlage in den frischen Mörtel dieser nicht mehr mit der Außeneckenkelle scharf gezogen werden muß, und der im Anschluß aufgebrachte Oberputz kann leicht bis zur Schutzkan/te gezogen werden. So wird in einem Arbeitsgang die Eckfläche abgeschlossen und eine saubere Putzkante mit einer guten Schutzfunktion erreicht. Die an den Eckpunkten befindliche Schutzkante (1) hat einen quadratischen Querschnitt von 3x3 mm. Das Gewebe (3) ist an der Innenseite der beiden im rechten Winkel stehenden Schenkel (2) als Streifen von jeweils 100 mm Breite angeklebt.
