Die Neuerung betrifft einen modularen Steckverbinder, wobei in einem metallischen Halterahmen mehrere, jeweils Kontaktelemente beinhaltende Einzelmodule angeordnet sind.The innovation concerns a modular connector, in which several individual modules, each containing contact elements, are arranged in a metal holding frame.
Derartige Steckverbinder werden beispielsweise in Steuerungsanlagen für den elektrischen Anschluß von Stellmotoren verwendet. Dabei sind die Anschlüsse der einzelnen Motoren jeweils einem separaten Modul zugeordnet, wobei jeder Motor auch einen Masseanschluß aufweist. Die Masseanschlüsse aller Motoren bzw. Der in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte modulare Steckverbinder besteht im wesentlichen aus einem rechteckförmigen Halterahmen 1, in den einzelne Module 2 eingesetzt, vorzugsweise eingerastet sind. Der Halterahmen ist aus leitfähigem, vorzugsweise metallischem Werkstoff hergestellt und mit Befestigungsbohrungen 3 versehen, mittels denen er in einem entsprechenden Steckverbindergehäuse oder in einem anderweitigen Montageausschnitt befestigt werden kann. Weiterhin ist auf den beiden Schmalseiten des Halterahmens jeweils ein als Schraubklemme ausgebildeter Masseanschluß 4 vorgesehen.The modular connector shown in Fig. 1 and 2 consists essentially of a rectangular holding frame 1 into which individual modules 2 are inserted, preferably snapped in.
