Der in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte modulare Steckverbinder besteht im wesentlichen aus einem rechteckförmigen Halterahmen 1, in den einzelne Module 2 eingesetzt, vorzugsweise eingerastet sind. Der Halterahmen ist aus leitfähigem, vorzugsweise metallischem Werkstoff hergestellt und mit Befestigungsbohrungen 3 versehen, mittels denen er in einem entsprechenden Steckverbindergehäuse oder in einem anderweitigen Montageausschnitt befestigt werden kann.
