In dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1 ist ein Teilabschnitt eines Kantholzes dargestellt, das einen Rahmenteil 6 bildet. In das Stirnholz sind Bohrungen 12 und 13 zum Einsetzen von Dübeln eingebracht, um das Rahmenteil an dem Gestellteil z. B. eines Polstermöbels oder an einem Querholm eines Sitz- oder Bettenrahmens anbringen zu können. In Längsrichtung weist das Rahmenteil 6 eine Längsnut 11 auf, die in einem spitzen Winkel zur linken Oberseite hin verläuft. Die Nuttiefe ist dimensioniert, daß sie die Bohrung 12 noch übersteht, so daß linkswirkende Kräfte von dem eingesetzten Dübel - nicht dargestellt - aufgefangen werden und auf das Verbindungsteil des Gestells oder Rahmens übertragen werden. Das Befestigungselement 1 zur Befestigung einer Wellenfeder 8 mittels eines Einhängelementes 7 (das hakenförmige Ende der Wellenfeder) besteht aus einem ersten Abschnitt 2, der, wie aus der Explosionszeichnung ersichtlich, parallel zur Oberfläche 5 des Rahmenteils 6 verläuft, an dessen Ende nach oben gebogen ein Haken 3, z.B. in Form eines hakenförmigen Scharniers, vorgesehen ist. 1. Device for fastening parts of a seating and/or reclining furniture subject to tensile stress to their frame or chassis parts, characterized by

- a fastening element (1) with a first section (2) which rests on or rests against a support surface (5) of the frame (6) or rack part and has a hook-shaped element (3) at the end into which a suspension element (7) of the part to be fastened which is subject to tensile force (8, 9, 10) can be hooked,

- which fastening element (1) has a second rear section (4) which runs at an angle (a) ^ 90° relative to the first section (2) and

- in a recess in the frame (6) or rack part running at the same angle to the support surface (5), at least the cross-sectional dimension of the second section

(4) is inserted, the depth of the recess (11) and the length of the second section (4) taking into account the angle (α) being coordinated with one another in such a way that a secure hold of the fastening element (1) subjected to tensile stress is provided.

2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that individual recesses are provided in a number that corresponds to the number of suspension elements (7) of the fastened part.

3. Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the recess (11) is a groove which is introduced into the frame (6) or rack part.

4. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the recess and/or groove is made in the frame part (6) serving as a support, which is fastened to frame parts or other frame parts by means of screws and/or dowels, such that the recess and/or groove (11) ends behind one of these fastening means, overlapping it.

5. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the hook-shaped end (3) is designed as a hinge with a bearing-shaped receptacle and the suspension element (7) has a round cross-section with a diameter that is adapted to the opening width of the hook (3).

6. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fastening element (1) has a round cross-section.

7. Device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the fastening element (1) has a square cross-section.

8. Device according to claim 7, characterized in that the fastening element (1) has a rectangular cross-section with a width which is substantially greater than the thickness.

9. Device according to one of claims 5 to 8, characterized in that the sections (2, 4) of the fastening element (1) and/or the hook-shaped end (3) have cross-sectional shapes that differ from one another.

10, Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fastening element (1) consists of metal.

11. Device according to claim 10, characterized in that the fastening element (1) is provided with a plastic coating or is covered with a plastic hose.

12. Device according to claim 10 or 11, characterized in that the rear section (4) is wave-shaped in such a way that it can be inserted in a clamping manner in the recess or groove (11) by means of its own elasticity.

13. Device according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the fastening element (1) is made of plastic.

14. Device according to claim 13, characterized in that the rear section has sawtooth-shaped clamping projections (18) as retraction safeguards on at least one side.

Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the length of the first section (2) of the fastening element (1) is chosen to be so long that the hook-shaped end (3) protrudes or is set back in the edge region of the respective frame part or is bent around the edge or ends at the edge.

16. Device according to one of claims 1 to 15, characterized in that the hook protrudes laterally from the surface of the rack part or frame part (6).

17. Device according to claims 1 to 16, characterized in that it is attached to the underside of a frame part (5) and ends in the corner region of the frame part (6).

18. Device according to one of claims 1 to 17, characterized in that it is provided on a frame or underframe part of an upholstered piece of furniture for fastening a base suspension.

19. Device according to one of claims 1 to 17, characterized in that it is intended for fastening the base of a mattress of a bed to the frame of the mattress support.

20. Device according to one of claims 1 to 18, characterized in that it is provided in an upholstered/seating or reclining piece of furniture for fastening the cover material under spring tension of the upholstery.

21. Device according to one of claims 1 to 18, characterized in that an insert, latex or foam piping is hung in the fastening element (1).

22. Device according to claim 20 or claim 21, characterized in that a rod (9) is sewn or glued into the cover material or the piping, which rod is hooked into the hook-shaped element (3).

23. Fastening element for a device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it has a first section with a hook-shaped end shaped upwards or downwards and a second section bent or shaped at an angle of <i 90° to the first section.
