Carriers for bottles, tubes and similar packaging containers

The present innovation concerns a simple carrier for bottles, tubes and similar packaging containers, which is easy to construct and thus inexpensive to manufacture.

It is common to combine packaging materials such as bottles, tubes, etc. for bulk goods for everyday use, e.g. skin and hair care products, food, drinks, etc. in containers. For this purpose, the individual packaging materials are placed on trays and/or fixed using shrink-fitted plastic films. However, this still requires a relatively high amount of material and is therefore also cost-intensive.

There was therefore a need to create inexpensive support structures for such products that require a minimum of material, preferably recyclable, and are easy to manufacture and handle.

The solution to this problem consists in using a cardboard blank, which has cut-outs, the number of which corresponds to the number of packaging units to be combined in the bundle, wherein these cut-outs have tabs towards their opening which are designed in such a way that they

When the cardboard cut-out is pressed onto the closures of the containers to be fixed, it initially bends against the pressing direction and, due to its restoring force, snaps into place underneath the container closure.

This means that the containers are attached to the carrier cardboard as a bundle.

Removing the container from the carrier is then only possible by destroying the fixation.

Figures 1 to 3 explain the innovation, with Figure 1 showing a cardboard blank according to the invention, Figure 2 showing a container top with closure before fixation^ and Figure 3 showing a container top with closure in the direction of the arrow during and after fixation.

A cardboard surface (1) made of cardboard has punched-out, square openings (2) which are provided with tabs (3) arranged around these openings and which are connected to the cardboard surface (1) by perforations (4).

If desired, additional tabs (5,5a) can be attached to the sides and longitudinal ends of the cardboard surface (1).

Figure 2 shows a container closure (6) which is undercut at its lower end opposite the container neck (7), together with a punched-out opening (2) and a tab (3) in the initial state.

When the bottle head (6) is inserted into the carrier as shown in Figure 3 , the latter is pushed into the opening (2), whereby the tab (3) is first pressed upwards by means of its perforation (4) and then irreversibly engages in the undercut (7) between the container neck and the closure cap, so that the container is firmly anchored in the carrier and can only be removed by destroying the connection.
