Gerät mit Sensor zur Nachspeisung von Flüssigkeiten und Füllstandsmessung z.B. bei der Regenwassernutzung.Device with sensor for refilling liquids and measuring fill levels, e.g. when using rainwater.
Bei der Nutzung von Regenwasser z.B. im Haushalt wird das Regenwasser über das Dach aufgefangen und in einem Behälter gespeichert. Bei Bedarf wird das Wasser dann den Verbrauchern zugeführt. Wenn der Tank leer ist, muß den Verbrauchern Trinkwasser zugeführt werden. Hierzu existieren bereits verschiedene Möglichkeiten. Eine dieser Möglichkeiten ist dem Gebrauchsmuster G 94 00 518.4 in der Hauptklasse E03B 3/03 zu entnehmen. Ein Problem hierbei ist, daß die Ventile, die zur Nachspeisung eingesetzt werden infolge der seltenen Betätigung verkalken können und sich dann nicht mehr öffnen lassen. Ein weiterer Mangel besteht in der ungenügenden Montierbarkeit der Sensoren, die die Information über den Füllstand in einem Vorratsbehälter liefern. Bekannte Sensoren bestehen aus zwei Kabeln, die nebeneinander gehängt werden müssen oder aus mehreren Meßpunkten im Vorratsbehälter. Bei der Anpassung des Sensors an den Füllstand muß bislang am Sensor und am Auswerte- und Steuergerät eine Anpassung an die jeweilige Vorratsbehältertiefe vorgenommen werden. Weiterhin gibt es kein Gerät, welches die Funktionen: Nachspeisung, Füllstandsanzeige, automatische Ventilentkalkung und einfache Montage miteinander verbindet.When using rainwater, e.g. in the home, the rainwater is collected from the roof and stored in a container. Mit dem neuen Gerät wird es möglich die Nachspeisung von Flüssigkeiten in einen Vorratsbehälter, die Anzeige des Füllstandes im Vorratsbehälter, eine automatische Betätigung der Nachspeisearmatur ( Ventil) zu verschiedenen Zeiten und Zeiträumen sowie eine einfache Montage des Gerätes und des zugehörenden Sensors sicher und komfortabel durchzufuhren. Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist, daß fur alle Funktionen des Gerätes nur ein Sensor benötigt wird, der einfach von oben in den Vorratsbehälter gehängt wird. Dieser Sensor besteht nur aus einer Leitung. Er läßt sich an jede Vorratsbehältertiefe einfach anpassen. Hierzu muß zur Ermittlung des Füllstandes bei Inbetriebnahme am Gerät nur einmalig justiert werden. Weiterhin braucht das Gerät zum Anschluß nicht geöffiiet zu werden und kann somit auch von nicht Fachleuten angeschlossen werden.The new device makes it possible to safely and conveniently refill liquids into a storage tank, display the fill level in the storage tank, automatically operate the refill fitting (valve) at different times and periods, and easily install the device and the associated sensor. Ein Ausfuhrungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird in der Zeichnung erläutert. Das Gerät (1) wird mit einem Ventil (2) in einer Wasserleitung (3) und dem Sensor (4) im Vorratsbehälter verbunden. Je nach Wasserstand im Tank wird der Füllstand über eine Anzeige (5) automatisch angezeigt. Wird der niedrigste Wasserstand (6) erreicht, wird das Ventil geöffnet und Wasser nachgespeist. In gewissen Zeitabständen geht das Ventil auch bei ausreichendem Wasserstand für einen bestimmten Zeitraum auf, um einer Verkalkung vorzubeugen. Der Sensor kann an jede Vorratsbehältertiefe angepasst werden. Nach Anpassung des Kabels an die Tanktiefe muß nur am Gerät (1) bei Inbetriebnahme einmalig mit einer Justiermöglichkeit (7) justiert werden. Der Sensor besteht aus einer Leitung, die gleichzeitig die Nachspeisefunktion und die Signalabgabe zur Füllstandsermittlung übernimmt.An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in the drawing.
